“A couple of months ago, a student at college accidentally hit the right side of my VW Taos, badly damaging both doors. The initial estimate from the insurance company was about 50% less than what the repair actually required. Cody Jeffcoat at Optimum Collision worked directly with the adjuster, made sure everything was corrected, and ensured OEM replacement parts were approved. Because of parts availability, I did have to wait about five weeks—but it was absolutely worth it.
Scheduling the appointment was straightforward, honest, and transparent from the beginning. I really appreciated the upfront communication, the regular updates from Cody, and the fact that anytime I called—even when Cody wasn’t there—someone was always able to answer my questions.
