Electronics in Hudson Oaks, TX

“I only give 5 stars because we had the most incredible experience little over a week ago with DALTON!!! We went in to add me to my kids line but ended up getting all 3 of us new phones and new plans that will save money. I have been in the service field my entire life and without a doubt can say that Dalton is a prize asset to this company. He literally spent 3 hours with us, as he made sure all the customers coming in (which ended up to be a house full) knew he would be with them asap. He helped them when our phones were downloading or doing something that he did not need to do at that moment. We first went to the Verizon in Weatherford, we were barely greeted and was told they were short handed; there 2 of them. We left after 10 mins. and went to Hudson Oaks location and Praise God we got Dalton and he was the ONLY PERSON in the store. I am fairly new to this area, I love living in country but i find even though the people are so nice; they lack in customer service skills. I actually went back this week for help with phone as I am 71, he could not have been any nicer. He offered to help me any questions I had on how to work the new 17 Pro Max. If you do get a chance to get Dalton, consider it a blessing!!!”

“Called Kiser Electronics to have our 60” television mounted over our brick fireplace. The two men had it installed in no time. They were polite and cleaned up the dust that was generated from drilling and made sure television worked prior to leaving. I will definitely use them again when/if needed and I highly recommend Kiser Electronics.”

“Great store. I love how they put out signs when they are closed .Unlike other stores, yes it says they are open 24/7 but come on with one person in the store for overnight how is he supposed to take out trash or go to bathroom ? We feel so entitled as customers that most don’t realize he’s just a person and not some robot . But I understand it maybe that some of you don’t use your common sense or decency to understand or read the signs that are put out on the door , as you walk up. This corporate store is not gonna fail over your 20 dollars that it makes from a few customers. The morning and 2nd shift make plenty of money to keep the business running lol . If you been in there you would see how busy it is .”

I recently moved here in May and have found your store personnel very helpful and friendly. The pharmacy staff is better than any I have encountered-always willing to answer any questions, prescriptions always ready. I appreciate their friendly attitude! Thanks for a job well done!”
