I made an appointment for 1:30am. I arrive at 11:25am. One of the employees tells me they are a bit behind in appointments but I should be assisted soon. I literally sat over 1 1/2 HOURS waiting. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I’ve never had this problem at any other bank. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. So frustrating

This is by far the best costumer service I have ever received by a Bank of America employee . Thank you Betty and Monique for making our visit very pleasant. All our questions and concerns were answered. Also I did not get the lady name who greets at the door but she was also very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend coming here ☺️

I just left this location to get service. Things went smoothly and everyone was very kind. While the lady was getting the information that I needed a gentleman greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I'm from out of town and this is was a much Better experience today at this location

This review comes solely from the service I received from Ms.Tasha. I had visited this BofA after leaving extremely frustrated from the Valley Ranch/New Caney location. I went in for a business account at Valley Ranch and the first person to help would not allow me to speak to anybody other than her or a teller, because there was "nothing anyone could do..." Well to begin I had a question for a manager, not the greeter, so when I'm looking at the manager who doesn't even turn an eye to me and this woman is being a "human wall" between the manager and I became frustrated. I personally, would not have minded if the answer was still a "no" from the manager; however, the fact that I couldn't even talk to the woman who was only a few feet from me was upsetting. I was there with my daughters on a hot day and I am expecting so I honestly don't have the time to be going back and forth. Instead I left, which I am SO happy I did. When I got to the 1960 location, Ms.Tasha greeted my girls and I right away and offered us a seat while she finished up with who she was helping at that moment. Once it was my turn she was able to answer all of my questions and even provided me with more help than what I went in for. I truly appreciate her because people's time should be respected and as a mother and business owner my time is limited. As a client, you want to feel respected and heard from anyone you're doing business with. So for that reason I will always go to this location even if Valley Ranch is closer. Thank you again, Tasha! It's been over a month since this encounter; however, I haven't forgotten and definitely wanted to recognize you for it.

I am delighted by the service here, I was greeted well and the manager Mr. Marlon Zamuria a very decent men took care of everything in a very respectful manner. Such a nice person.. I am truly inspired and grateful. Much much appreciated. Gratitude

Horrible customer service! The bank agents were sitting in their offices and refused to help me because I didn’t have an appointment.

Bank of America is trash!! There are 16 people in line with only one teller open. Absolutely ridiculous!! Raise the amount you can get out of the ATM!!

This place is horrible. The decision to close drive thru service was one of the worst ever. Now you force everyone inside during the covid pandemic. Once inside there are never more than two tellers working and a lot of times just one. This results in long lines and waits. Recently they labeled one of the windows for commercial business with a separate line. Being a business customer I have used this line only to be ignored while they keep pulling customers from the regular line. If my company did not bank here I would never step foot in this horribly run place.
