recently spent hundreds of dollars on 18 speakers and sub woofers for a new construction in March. Just now opened up the boxes to install and noticed that one of the in ceiling white paintable sonance speakers was missing its cover. Contacted online support and they were just copying and pasting paragraphs of their answers and could not do anything about it since its past 15 days. Called 800 number somewhere in India and she said in her broken english the same thing. I do not want to exchange or return anything I was just asking for the missing part but still they refused. They are great when you are purchasing something but treat you like crap once their 15 days has passed. Best Buy has lost my business and of many others..

Bought security camera set, installed by Geek Squad. Year later, 1 camera went out. Instead of replacing just the camera, they said they all (cameras and recorder)) have to be returned. Bought an upgrade of same camera manufacturer, but system never worked. After 2 months and many visits to repair, had the whole system removed. Now I have nice holes in my Hardi plank soffit Already have ADT on my home, just wanted a back up system. Spending a lot more money but upgrading ADT system. Should have done this in the beginning. If Best Buy doesn't take better care of their business, they will follow in the tracks as Circuit City and Radio Shack did. And yes, I've spend thousands upon thousands of dollars at Best Buy. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. No second chance!

These people REALLY assume everyone shops here all.the.time. I had 30 mins to pick up my kid so I run in to grab my pick up order. There's a sign for store pick up. There's also a sign that says check out. I walk straight to the store pick up sign & the lady says 'ma'am there's 1 line'. I look behind me at how long the line is. Ugh, mistake of thinking I could just run in THIS place this time of the year, Smh. How are we supposed to know that? I don't shop here! I ordered a game online. Josh was not friendly at all, even though he works in Geek squad, he was at the counter. When another customer walked straight to the pick up counter, I informed him. He stated he was just there & he didn't have to do that earlier. This shows poor organization on the store's part in NOT making it easy for the pick up customer to get in & out. I haven't stepped foot in that store in 3 years & I live super close. I definitely won't be back for about another 3years.

Was waiting in line to be helped near Laptop section. When cashier was done she just walked away as I stepped up next. Mind you there isn't a line whatsoever I'm the only person standing near register. Another salesperson comes to register and doesn't even acknowledge my presence but calls their customer over. I asked this salesperson if they could get me someone who can help me which thankfully a gentleman in a red shirt was happy to assist me. Only to be met with another rude cashier who for one didn't even provide me a receipt or a bag for my item that I purchased. Not sure where this rudeness came from but I hope this staff gets better training on customer acknowledgement.

Worst customer service when to get a phone around 7pm was no customers in that area a woman seating with legs up in other chair was bothered when I ask questions she never moved never great me when I approached the counter and she only pointed to where things where. I ask g5 phones she told me to Read the signs she was to busy seating I left with out a purchase my business be appreciated some where else

After the runaround with AT&T I came to the Humble Best Buy to seek assistance with an upgrade! We were greeted by Dianna in the cellular department and not only did she make our upgrade process easy she also got us to grab some additional accessories and even put on our screen protectors. Later on during the day after my Uncle was also having issues upgrading through AT&T I recommended we go back to Best Buy, well Dianna was there to save the day again, she helped us with our second upgrade of the day and was assisted by Cindy who help us put on our screen protectors they were both so helpful and made our visit enjoyable! For now on we will only be upgrading with BestBuy Humble location!

For most of electronic needs you will visit this reputable store location. It is a low traffic Best Buy so it most likely will have what you are looking for. I do recommend to visit this location in Humble, TX.
