“I set up a DOT physical last minute on a Sunday, I arrived and filled out paperwork on my phone.
Was sent back to a room , waited shortly and had vitals taken, they got very busy with viruses coming through the door and I was there for one and a half hours. I would rather a sick child be taken care of. The whole crew from front desk on back were very courteous and had a smile even though it appeared they had a rough day.
