Went into journey's for the first time today. Grey assisted me in finding the shoes I needed. I was in, and out. Shay was also friendly, and helpful. Will be returning!

The worst customer service I have ever come across on multiple occasions. I will never purchase another pair of shoes from any Journeys.Wrong prices and NO PATIENCE AT ALL.

Johnathan was amazingly helpful and gave great customer service. I had a return/exchange, I had lost my receipt, he helped me recover the receipt by my email and helped me get the correct size I needed. This is my 3 time using this store I have never had a bad experience. Great store!!!

Omgaaaa if I could give this location 100 stars I would. I have been shopping with Journeys kids and this exact location for about 6-7 years now. My kids know when they walk in they are going to walk out with smiles on their faces. The staff has always been phenomenal in understanding my kids wants. The store can get busy but I’ve never had a negative experience even during rush times.

Not to be confused with Johnnys, which is more along the lines of Knoxville, the dude from Cobra Kai, and the dude that used to work on the docks before Union's been on strike. This is the Journeys shoe store in Humble, at the good old Deerbrook, an old school mall to say the least, and one which is a lower price mall. So it's good that they have a somewhat lower price shoe store, although it only really applies during a big sale. Payless just went out of business so I hope Journs don't raise their pricy wicys now. We like the store, and thought they were friendly. And we would come back again for shoes when needed.

If i could give this place a 0 star i would the manager with the green hair which failed to let me know her name , gave me and my child a really bad attitude when my daughter was trying to figure out what shoe she liked . NO PATIENCE AT ALL . & ended up telling us to just go to the Journeys down the hall . WHICH i did and met the greatest co manager ever ! GAVE THEM A GOOD SALE.

I currently work at Journeys Kids, and I can honestly say it is the best job i've ever had. The environment of being able to help your customers be happy and give to them what they need is the best feeling ever. Although it may get super busy out of nowhere, I always surprise myself on how patient and kind the customers are. My co-workers and store manager are the best people to work alongside with, they always make work fun even when it gets tough, and we are always there to back each other up no matter what. Come to Journeys, Journeys Kids, or Underground, you won't regret it!

They never answer the phone! I'm looking for a specific shoe and I don't want to have to go through the mall if they don't have the size and shoe I am searching for. Agravating! I bet all their staff has their cell phone on them answering texts though.
