I had trainer Pryde go out of his way to help me find a few good exercises for the goals I had. He showed me the machines and how to do it and all. Nice attentive guy 10/10

Good gym..very clean and cool staff. I love the hot tub, ice bath and cryotherapy chair.

Nice facility and have month to month options for membership but still very pricey at over $120 for 1 person for basic access.
