“I came from out of town for a wedding and needed a quick workout. At first I went to Life Time but they offered $50 for a day pass, which is ridiculous. Found this Gym and it was everything I needed! Amanda was very hospitable and if I lived around this area, I would definitely get a membership here.”

“I’ve been going to CrossFit for about a month now, and I’m so happy I stuck it out! I’ve tried a few different classes and truly enjoy all of the coaches, but the 5 AM crew is UNMATCHED! 😂 The energy and the people make getting up that early worth it. I have to give a special shoutout to Coach Lisa W and her Thursday 6:30 pm class. She slows things down, breaks the movements down to my level, and makes sure I understand what I’m doing. I absolutely love her approach! Coach Thurman is all about form. He will correct you because he genuinely wants you to learn and do it the right way. And we definitely can’t forget Coach Sam and his energy! He keeps the class going and brings the motivation every time. I’m so happy I decided to join and even happier that I stuck with it. If you’re looking for a place to belong while working through your own fitness journey, come join the crazy 5 AM crew or Thursday 6:30 pm class! 😂💪🏽 Amazing coaches all around and an amazing group of people to work out with!”
