I've used Estee Lauder for years and bought it about 4 months ago. Today I paid 36. for a tube of mascara! I'm positive I didn't pay that much last time! Thanks Macys for jacking your price up...time to find a new mascara I guess!

I bought some shoes for my mother the day before her birthday here at Macy's and i didn't noticed they were ripped because im thinking im buying good shoes at a shopping store?? But no i was wrong the slides are ripped up from the front. Now thanks i will have to go return this and this mall is 30 mins from me. If i could put 0 stars i would. I don’t understand why Macys is selling stuff that are used or torn up. I also got makeup pallets and they were kinda dirty. This store needs to be cleaner and needs some management too asap. This was my first time going into this Macys and it will be the last time.

Macy's is the best thing about Deerbrook Mall, hands down. It's not too busy, it's clean, it has many different styles and brands, and the customer service is excellent. Great store to take the kids, and there's a Starbucks also! My husband and I are more likely to find clothes here that we really like compared to other stores who have been focusing only on trendy items that aren't as practical to wear. Two thumbs up! ????

Good luck trying to shop on the third floor!
Both sides of the escalators on the second floor are down. Even the elevator is out of service, plus the men's bathroom has a two way mirror. Not sure why

Welp I went In to get my pickup order … the escalator and the elevator both aren’t working which was extremely disappointing had to be escorted by employees to use the fright elevators which looked like a scene from a horror ? hopefully they get it together also Macy’s just isn’t Macying like it use to, as I was walking through things look like it’s just for the sick and shut in now .. customer service lady was nice even though the machine had to be rebooted in order to get my info captured

Belle boutique avec un très large choix de marques.Je trouve juste dommage que les prix ne soient pas plus attractifs, comparé à d’autres enseignes du même style. Le système de fidélité n’est pas du tout adapté aux clients touristes sans un numéro de téléphone américain ce n’est pas valorisant. Mais dans l’ensemble je recommande cette enseigne.
