“I don’t know why anybody would give anything other than a five star for these guys if they get the same kind of service that I get and my wife gets every time. We will always go here because they are efficient and polite and respectable and cheaper to be honest. I Recommend this place to anyone who needs an oil change or flush of some sort or any of the services they provide. I’m gonna be a customer here as long as I live in the Houston area, just like the last 14 Years”

“I had to get new breakpads for my car, they did a full inspection and they suggested other stuff but I ask just to do the the break pads and they proceeded and did it fast and efficiently (maybe because they were about to close lol) They don't scam you or try to convince you to buy other stuff. They help you with what you actually need and work with your budget. After I got my work done I actually tested and i feel the difference. I'm thankful with their job, in fact I might ask them for the oil change for my 2 cars”
“I had a great experience at Advanced Tech Automotive. Brandon answered my call and made sure I was comfortable bringing my car in to have my headlight signals checked. When I arrived, James took great care of me — he listened to my concerns, helped with my headlight issue, and also looked into my check engine light. Both Brandon and James were professional, friendly, and made sure everything was handled quickly. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this shop!”
“Are my last oil change my oil filter was after market. This caused my engine to shut down. I have asked your company to reimburse me for the repair bill in full. I have been told that a decision has not been issued yet. How long should I expect to wait for said decision? You have all of my contact information , so please let me know just as soon as possible.”

“My husband is the one who told me to go to take five. I’ve been going everywhere else. Once I experience take five their courtesy their smile they’re making sure that if I’m in a hard car, would I like some water. The customer service is amazing and their Friendliness is grand. They recognize my car sometimes when I’m not sure about my air and they check it for me. I so appreciate them. I’ll be going to them for a very long time.”

“I showed up at 6:30pm for an oil change. The auto care section closes at 7pm. I expected for the employees to be annoyed and not treat me well. Bernard did the oil change and was kind and professional. He did the work quickly with a great attitude. Kevin helped me at the register and offered to ring up the 20 or so other items I was planning to purchase. This was a few minutes after 7 when they were supposed to be closed. No attitude at all. In fact, he was very friendly. He even helped me load my purchases into my vehicle, and then took the cart back for me. Top tier service from all involved. I'm very impressed and will definitely be returning.”

“I had a bad experience this weekend trying to get my oil changed & tires rotated. I had an appointment at 5PM after work & @7PM my car still wasn’t done. I was picked up & had to come back to a car unserviced. I tried again the next morning at 9AM and waited 20 mins to get checked in (the mechanics kept looking at the line & continuously working on cars instead of checking in people that had been waiting in the line & it was 5 cars outside waiting). I had my boyfriend go inside to get someone and the cashier came & helped with no problem (shout out the her for responding immediately to get the line down). I came back to pick my car up after the oil change and tire rotation an hour later and realized they never did the tire rotation service. No one answers the phone or anything so I called the customer service line (who told me the store manager would respond in 3 business days, BUT the store manager called in less than 1 hour) and the manager Ms. Brenda made the experience so much better and I felt heard when addressing my issue. She was able to get the problem situated and reassured me that it won’t happen again and she does not allow that at their store. She was overly apologetic and I really appreciate her for turning my experience around. If you have a bad experience PLEASE speak up because this allows future customers to have a better experience and potentially team training so services can be ran smoothly! Thank you so much Ms. Brenda you’re an ANGEL!! The 4 stars is only because of Ms. Brenda. I would do 5 but I had to dock one for the experience itself.”
“I’ve been to this Walmart Auto Center twice now for an oil change and both times were unbelievably fast. Most places make you sit around for 2–3 hours, but here I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Efficient, no hassle, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.”
