Hours: Based on the reviews, the staff at this T-Mobile location at Costco provided incredible, amazing, and excellent service. Carolina, Sayed, John, Kayleigh LeBlanc, Morris, John Huerta-Carlton, Kay, and Genesis were all professional, warm, and personable. They went above and beyond to help customers, treating everyone with care and kindness. The team made the entire experience fast, smooth, and stress-free. They explained all the plans and options, helped with trade-ins and great deals, and ensured everything was correct before customers left. One staff member even let a customer leave their phones to go shop and later found them near the dairy to say the activation was done. Another staff member went the extra mile by adding gift cards to a customer’s Apple Wallet. Customers left with new phones, internet service, better coverage, lower monthly bills, and free lines. The service was described as 100/100 and next-level. Many customers will be T-Mobile customers for life and highly recommend this location.
