Business hours say they’re open so I stop by and the door is locked and the open sign is off.*edit*Stephen contacted me and rushed over to open the store and help me out. He apologized for running late and explained to me the situation. I really appreciate the fact that he contacted me to make sure he could make it right for me. “Read the reviews before I initially went to this store to purchase 2 phones months ago. My experience was EXCELLENT! Great customer service as several people has said. Fast forward to last Wednesday,4/26/23 I purchased 2 more phone's, added those to my account, but the phone's were acting up for a few days. I took them back to the store yesterday, Saturday, 4/29/23. The manager Mr Sulaiman, ask me what was going on with them, I told him; was able to exchange them without any problem! I ended up spending a extra $22.00 total for the two new phones because I went a different brand of phone's for the swap out. Their customer service is TOP TIER!! “This Place is amazing. Long story short I got my sim card stuck in my tablet. I went to 4 different stores that work on phones they all said they either needed to break the sim card or break the tablet to get it out. I gave up on getting that sim card back so I came here to get another one. Nick the GOAT helped me out and was able to easily fish out my sim card.
