“I brought my laptop in with a busted screen 5 minutes until closing time on Saturday, they took it back to get the number needed to order the new screen, ended up staying open a little later. Dropped off the laptop Tuesday around noon and picked it up a few hours later. It works and looks great. I had a great experience.”

“i had an excellent experience working with Chuck. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best option—not just making a sale. He took the time to explain different plans, devices, and features in a way that was easy to understand, and answered all my questions without rushing me. What really stood out was their honesty and patience. He made sure I got the best value for my needs and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about customer service and knows their products inside and out, I highly recommend working with him.”
