Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park is much more than a trampoline park, offering the best year-round indoor attractions. It is described as the ultimate indoor playground for the entire family, perfect for taking a birthday party to the next level or spending a day of fun. The park provides jumping, climbing, riding, playing, and fun for all ages. Recent renovations have made a huge difference, with a new layout that looks amazing. Guests appreciate the extra seating that has been installed and note that the building, floors, and restrooms are very clean and well sanitized. The party rooms are very spacious, and the activities are great for all ages with very reasonable prices. Families and kids have a blast. The staff receives high praise for amazing customer service, with specific employees and managers noted as terrific, helpful, and doing a great job setting a positive tone. They ensure parties are a success and help every step of the way. While a cleaning incident involving discarded food and drinks was upsetting, managers promptly resolved the issue by remaking items. The experience encourages guests to return very soon with more friends and family.
Staff was all polite, everything was in working order. Could use more frequent cleaning and more staff controlling areas like dodgeball.

So much fun for the kids, large space and plenty of things for the kids to do. There are lockers and a kitchen. Party rooms and large tables in the main room to set and enjoy.

Mya did an outstanding job providing excellent support and customer service. We are long-term patrons and had an issue that caused a minor inconvenience. Instead of not providing support, she walked us through the process. I hope more of your team is like this. Great job, Mya. Thank you!
