Worst waiting times on passport. We got here early 9:30 am and they let our time pass and kept us waiting longer. Mind you there was only 1 other person waiting for the same thing. Do not come here if you expect for them to stay close to the appointment time. Appointment was at 10 and was not seen till 11 am. Other people waiting on them as well after us. And to top it off the lady who was calling the people for their appointments was gonna skip us and go on to the next appointment. Rude and terrible communication from all the workers there. No signs to tell you where to wait and they expect for people to just know where to stand. They need to hire people who actually wanna work. If you need to do your passport go to another location with better service. This place will make you leave upset. 3/25/2024

I have been standing in line for a passport for 40 mins since 9:05 The window for walkins is from 9am until 10a. I have been standing 7th in line and not one person has came out and given any type of update on when they will start assisting people. I spoke with Kia over the phone and she was rude and not helpful at all. Talking over me and speaking to me as if I was a child when I was trying to ask questions. The reviews for this location reflects the customer service 1.6 stars and it’s actually less than that. If this is the way passport walkin are normally treated something needs to change!

After reading all the comments I should’ve known better, but I took a chance anyway to see if my experience would be different. It wasn’t! Tanisha if that’s even her real name needs to be in some type of cage to say the least. I’ve never seen anyone be so rude for no reason, to someone they’ve never met before. All I needed was a mailbox key to the home I just purchased. She asked me was it a newly built home and if not why didn’t the owner leave me the key? Why he/she didn’t leave me the key is besides the point, the point is I’m here requesting a key! She told me well it’s $50, and I said that’s fine. Then she asked if I have the closing disclosure - I thought having the title to the house would suffice she told me she needed the closing disclosure and it needed to be printed. I asked if there was somewhere there I could print or if I could just email it and she said No. Her coworker next to her looked as if that wasn’t the truth, I asked again and her tone just became more and more rude as the conversation continued. I told her she was very rude and didn’t need to be a bi+(h and she told me next time to say it louder and I leveling with this small minded woman I did and her response was “I have your address” which was an open threat in front of other customers.. which isn’t true because I never gave her my name or address we didn’t get that far. BUT TANISHA I know more about youthan you do about me so putting that threat out like that just isn’t smart! I walked in for a mailbox key and walked out being threatened that she has my address! Don’t go here unless you bring your Vaseline and sneakers because they are so ghetto!

I wasn't getting mail after I moved, even though I turned in the right forms. They went out of their way for me, sent a lot of time with me even contacted my old post office to make sure I receive all my old mail

Avoid if you can, so instead of informing customers of the issues with delivery, they are taking our money and delivering packages 3-4 weeks later. I have always supported the post office, I am done, never again!

Package has been sitting here for ages now who knows when it’ll get on a delivery truck! paying for priority shipping is a scam when you have unproductive facilities like this one
