“Decided last minute to pull in for an oil change before a trip to Austin. A technician walked out within just a minute and offered everyone in the car, me and two of my children, a bottle of water or can soda. He then told me it would be about 15 minutes and how many cars were in front of me. From then until we got into the bay we had multiple technicians come and check on us. Once inside, the two technicians working to get the oil changed were very polite and friendly. We talked about thanksgiving and football. They checked my air filter and offered to change it at a discounted rate. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely be back for the next change.”
