(After 2020, I have committed to buy local, so this was our, unknowing about them, choice. )My truck had a coolant leak which their diagnostics couldn't detect, but I knew was real. “Had issues with scheduling a wheel alignment. Store manager, David, called me on his day off and wanted to work it out. He told me to be at the shop at 7 am on the first day he was back in the store and he’d get the alignment done. Very professional, honest, and took care of me quickly and I was out in less than an hour. Repair shops and automotive services don’t always understand how much honesty means to customers. When you say you can or will do something, that’s what is realistically expected. David’s the real deal and I highly recommend the Firestone store in Huntsville, Texas (in Home Depot parking lot).”
