“I had a bit of a mixed experience here, though there are definitely some strong positives. On the plus side, they were able to get me in on the exact same day, which I really appreciated. Across the board, their pricing is very fair: I got a good rate on a set of four tires, and their prices for a 4-wheel alignment ($99.95) and a 6-quart synthetic blend oil change ($108) are competitive.
However, there were two notable downsides. First, I was told the tires I purchased came with a 70,000-mile manufacturer warranty, but looking at the manufacturer's details later, it’s actually only 55,000 miles. Second, when I got my car back, the wheels were left completely filthy from the mounting process. It showed a real lack of care and attention to detail at the very end. Overall, it’s a good spot for fair prices and quick service, but double-check what you are told and be prepared to wash your wheels when you get home.”
“I've used this business twice. Both times I was impressed by the knowledge, the timely updates, and the reasonable rates.
The most recent time I was having an intermittent electrical problem on my GMC Acadia. The dealership worked on the problem twice but couldn't find the problem. A second dealership wanted too much money and too much time to just diagnose it.
I took it to Chad's for a battery cable that needed replacing. Chad's also agreed to look into the other problem. They diagnosed it as a known problem with that make and model. They fixed it in a few hours for little more than what the dealership wanted just to diagnose it.
This is a trustworthy company. I recommend it without reservation, and without being compensated in any manner.”

“I had a great experience at Firestone and truly appreciate the professionalism shown by the team. After the technician completed my alignment and pulled the vehicle out of the bay, the shop manager on duty reviewed the results and noticed what were described as unsatisfactory numbers. The manager immediately approached me, apologized, and explained that they were not comfortable letting the vehicle leave without addressing it.The lead mechanic put the vehicle back on the rack and redid the alignment, ensuring all numbers were fully within spec.
