“Awesome place and great service!!! Called one morning before they opened (7:55) and they answered which was just the beginning of great service. Got there before my appointment time and waited.......2 minutes before they greeted me and took my car in to check my tire for possible a possible slow leak from a nail. They fixed it quickly, balanced it AND installed a new valve stem. According to the service tech, they install a new valve stem whenever there is a tire repair even though it was not needed. EVERYONE was terrific to work with!!!!”
“I had a bit of a mixed experience here, though there are definitely some strong positives. On the plus side, they were able to get me in on the exact same day, which I really appreciated. Across the board, their pricing is very fair: I got a good rate on a set of four tires, and their prices for a 4-wheel alignment ($99.95) and a 6-quart synthetic blend oil change ($108) are competitive.
However, there were two notable downsides. First, I was told the tires I purchased came with a 70,000-mile manufacturer warranty, but looking at the manufacturer's details later, it’s actually only 55,000 miles. Second, when I got my car back, the wheels were left completely filthy from the mounting process. It showed a real lack of care and attention to detail at the very end. Overall, it’s a good spot for fair prices and quick service, but double-check what you are told and be prepared to wash your wheels when you get home.”
“Great Repair / Tire Shop. Has replaced front two tires on my Backhoe, all four on an Artic Cat ATV, put a tube in the rear tire of a little dirt bike, tires on the minivan, struts on the Artic Cat, etc... Close to nowhere but if you are close to them and tired of the big box then shop local as they are honest, fair priced, and worth the trip. Thank You Milton and Brianna.”
“After scratching my wheel on a curb I begin researching different rim repair companies that offered mobile services. I was thrilled to find lux rim repair who offered a mobile service with great pricing. The technician Keith arrived on time and could not have been more friendly and accommodating. His work was top-notch quality and very quick. I highly recommend lux rim repair for any of your automotive needs. I plan on visiting their shop location to have more services done to my vehicle.. I am very picky about my vehicle and who works on it, so I can confident say that their standard of quality and customer service care is A+.”

“I had a great experience at Firestone and truly appreciate the professionalism shown by the team. After the technician completed my alignment and pulled the vehicle out of the bay, the shop manager on duty reviewed the results and noticed what were described as unsatisfactory numbers. The manager immediately approached me, apologized, and explained that they were not comfortable letting the vehicle leave without addressing it.The lead mechanic put the vehicle back on the rack and redid the alignment, ensuring all numbers were fully within spec. I greatly appreciate how seriously Firestone takes doing the job right and prioritizing customer safety. That level of integrity and attention to detail makes all the difference. “We’re in a tall loaded down 15 passenger full size van on a roadtrip when we got a sudden bubble in a tire. Firestone turned us away because the van was too tall for a lift. We tried A&D and they got to us right away, immediately found the issue (the bubble) and got us quickly back on the road with a used tire cheap. Our tires aren’t the easiest to find and are pricey, so it was like it was meant to be. Thanks!!”
