“I LOVE THIS PLACE!! We had went to a different location earlier today, and let's just say it wasn't a real Joann's. We have been to this location multiple times, and it is normally clean and staff is really nice. They try to help you the best you can if they aren't in that section. However, there was one extremely nice lady her name was Kay! She was not from the yarn department, however she still helped. We had seen a sign that said 25% off of everything. They were supposed to be taken down, however she still honored it since the person in that section did not take the signs down. She went to the front of the store and took the discount off of the clearance tags for us. After that she told us that everything that had a red tag was 25% off. She let us go look at More ( she left work at 5). And then she even stayed to check us out again to make sure it worked right. Even then she scanned a coupon since we didn't have one. If the manager sees this, you need to give Kay a raise. I love her!!!!!

“Only place where I’ve bought fabric over the years as they have an awesome selection! earlier today I had to return two (2) Christmas-Decor items I purchased online; It was a challenging return, Maria attempted to process it, however, her numerous attempts were futile so she called Trevor, the Store Manager, to assist with the transaction; both resolved the issue; the store is short-staffed and is hiring; they were having another one of their fabulous 70% Off-Sale! Thank you Maria and Trevor for your exceptional-customer-service; you are greatly Appreciated ~????”
