“I walked in with no appointment for an oil change and they gave me a wait time of 2 hours, given there were multiple cars before this was very reasonable! I sat in the lobby were coffee, WiFi, and television was available and time flew by; I feel like I was there only an hour. The employees provided amazing customer service and myself a much needed bracket for my license plate Athena quickly got my car ready to drive again!! Prices for oil changes were reasonable as well. 10/10 highly recommend”

“Wednesday 5/15 my car wouldn’t start. My neighbors tried to jump start me with no luck. I called autozone for assistance the girl answered and said she would ask her driver. She told me her driver said he would come to my apartments behind autozone. Lance showed up with his jump pack and got my car started. He then suggested that I go get my battery tested at autozone. I asked Lance if he would follow me there he said yes. We get to autozone and Lance tested my battery and it was bad. Lance found me the best Deal on a battery that fit my budget. I was a little over my budget so Lance asked for manager approval for a discount. Lance and autozone saved my day. Thank you Lance for going over and beyond to assist me. Autozone really treats customers like family”

“Mannnn Chop Shop is a life saver. I came to Bedford to swap a tire out at Cycle Gear and they were backed up 2 days just to do a mount and balance. Chop Shop is a Harley Shop to the core but he didn't hesitate to accommodate the mounting of my sportbike tire. He squeezed me in on a Saturday with no notice and had me done in about 1 hr. Che the owner is great guy to talk to and has reasonable pricing. P.S. also there is a Tatto Shop in the back if you want some ink while you wait!If I need services back on this side if town will be back and will definately recommend.”
“I love the service, friendliness, and prices at XL Parts!! All XL parts mainly cater to commercial customers so calling them to have the part ready for you (or delivered to shop) is super easy.AC Delco ( GM) 42 month warranty car batteries are $148 even for bigger vehicles. Very cheap up front and especially considering the warranty. Canister style oil filters are $3. Cabin air filters are $8. Things like water pumps are going to be OEM manufacturers, instead of house brand, so just very slightly more than at Autozone, O'Reilley's (with commercial account).”

“My battery died and I came to see Anthony and his amazing crew to help me get fixed up with a new one. Anthony took amazing care if me and made sure I was completely set before letting me go. He double checked that my new battery was working correctly, took the time to clean my battery terminals (made them almost brand new) and made sure thwt my car turned on before he left! The ladies inside got me ser up on an account and even save me money. With this kind of service, you have a lifetime customer! Thank you!”

I can’t say enough great things about Freeman Toyota and especially Sean, the service manager. From the moment my radio issues began, Sean was there every step of the way. He took the time to sit down with me in his office, clearly explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and walking me through all of my options—even when the situation was complicated and frustrating.
What really stood out was how much he listened. He understood my concerns, especially about a costly repair I expected to be covered under warranty, and made me feel genuinely heard and supported. Despite the damage caused by another dealership, Sean never hesitated to take my car back, fix it properly, and go above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He arranged transportation for me—even from far away—and kept me informed every step of the way with excellent communication.
Sean even followed up after the repair to make sure I got home safely and that everything was working smoothly. His professionalism, empathy, and commitment to customer service completely restored my faith in Toyota. I will absolutely be returning to Freeman Toyota’s service department in the future, thanks to Sean. Highly recommend!”

“Just picked up my truck and couldn’t be happier! Matt and Taylor are both awesome guys to work with, and my truck is in much better shape than when I dropped it off. They did an extensive rebuild for me, and every time I thought “hey why don’t we replace this while we’re at it” I called to find out they already thought of it and took care of it. I appreciate that they saved me money everywhere they could, and they always gave me their honest opinion versus just letting me throw money at something that did not need to be replaced.
