“Had my F250 towed here after another shop couldn’t diagnose the issue. Went in for a crank, no start. Diagnosed right away: A/C was seized. Diesel Pros replaced the unit in a reasonable amount of time and had me back on the road in perfect order. A few months later my 20 year old hoses started leaking after passing the leak test for the new system. When I called about the leaky hose they were very professional and were more than willing to work with me on a solution. Great shop, will definitely bring my truck back in should the need arise!”

“My "low oil" light would come on and off so I stopped by an AutoZone on Harwood Road in Bedford and asked if they would run the codes. The person I spoke with told me to go to the oil changing place down the road and they could help me. I thought it odd, so I left. Fast forward to today. . .the low oil light came on and stayed on so I stopped at the AutoZone on Pipeline in Hurst and a gentleman, Robin, helped me. I asked if he would run the codes for me and he was more than happy to do so. No codes came up (thankfully) and he asked what was happening. I told him about the "low oil" light coming on but I had just had my oil changed the first of November. He checked the oil for me and there was none. . .a little drop on the end of the oil stick. He also showed me that the oil cap was completely dry. (I'm wondering if where I had my oil changed even put oil in or only put half in) Thankfully I had a quart of oil in my trunk and he was so kind to put it in for me. . .checked it again but it needed more. We went in, he told me to wait by the register, ran back and got me another bottle. Followed me out and put that quart in for me. Checked the oil and showed me it was up to the correct line. Robin, if you're reading this, thank you. . .you have showed me that there are still kind people in this world. And to the manager of the store, you have one amazing associate. I'm forever grateful as I think what could have happened if Robin hadn't taken the time to ask and check issues for me. AutoZone should be proud of their associate Robin. He made this old lady feel cared for.”

“The overall experience was great. The only issue is the waiting area in the service area. Is totally uncomfortable because is a small space. The chairs and the smell of nicotine was to much at 10am. I waited instead in the sales area. Besides that everything in a timely manner. I bought my Kia Soul during the shortage after the pandemic. They order it for me in the color and features I wanted. So yes I will recommend them as a excellent dealership.”

All XL parts mainly cater to commercial customers so calling them to have the part ready for you (or delivered to shop) is super easy.AC Delco ( GM) 42 month warranty car batteries are $148 even for bigger vehicles. Very cheap up front and especially considering the warranty. Canister style oil filters are $3. Cabin air filters are $8. Things like water pumps are going to be OEM manufacturers, instead of house brand, so just very slightly more than at Autozone, O'Reilley's (with commercial account).”

“I used to always go to Autozone for batteries or lights. But the service had been lackluster especially the past few times I went. I was at one and was given a really bad attitude by the clerk, and was going to go to a different location when I decided I would just try out O reilly's instead. I should add the lady on the phone from Autozone was exceptionally rude to me. I'm glad I went here instead! Professional, and good service. “Mannnn Chop Shop is a life saver. I came to Bedford to swap a tire out at Cycle Gear and they were backed up 2 days just to do a mount and balance. Chop Shop is a Harley Shop to the core but he didn't hesitate to accommodate the mounting of my sportbike tire. He squeezed me in on a Saturday with no notice and had me done in about 1 hr. Che the owner is great guy to talk to and has reasonable pricing. P.S. also there is a Tatto Shop in the back if you want some ink while you wait!If I need services back on this side if town will be back and will definately recommend.”
