My wife and I were having some complex, confusing things happening regarding a check we issued to our insurance company - payment for monthly policy. We went to our Wells Fargo in Hurst - mid-cities and precinct. .... 6300 Precinct Line Rd. Hurst, Tx

None of these problems were Wells Fargo's fault. We went there for assistance to help resolve the problems, stop-payment on the check in question, and initially was going to a electronic transfer of funds directly from bank to insurance company. ...as it turned out, ins. company does not have their system set up for electronic transfer.

It was a mess. We Needed assistance, we didn't really know how or where to go for answers/help. Christine was Wonderful! Truly.

She spent At Least 30 minutes, probably 45 minutes with us guiding us, helping us in every way she could. She went that extra mile! Thanks for having employees such as Christine Temple!! ...Best Regards - Mike and Joyce”

“Ok, I must assume after reading several of the comments about this PNC branch, that someone in H/R paid attention because all my several visits here (this branch was closest to a family member that has since moved out of country) and now I only make the drive here because of this particular employee… Lizzie Contreras.
I have been a loyal PNC customer for a decade now, and while I can confidently say that PNC has some of the best staff (in my opinion regarding banks: hands-down, no question!), one particular woman absolutely tops them all!
This isn’t just a simple “good service” story. My heart is full with gratitude (yes, even after all this time and some serious matters later), and I can’t stop professing Lizzie’s skills. What truly says it all is this: I drive all the way from downtown (University Place) past who-knows how many other perfectly good PNC branches, just to see Lizzie!
I know what you're thinking – “Why the commute?” The simple answer is this woman. Lizzie isn’t just good at her job, she’s a superstar of customer service and professionalism. In a time where excellent service can be a rare gem, Lizzie Contreras is a shining example. She goes above and beyond, making every interaction not only efficient but truly exceptional.
My mom always taught me that if you’re going to take the time to complain about less-than-stellar service, you must take the same time, if not more, to speak up about an exemplary person and their service. This is my ‘equal-amount-of-time’ moment… and H/R should realize an asset that’s extremely valuable (it’s a bank, so I can only pray if they don’t know how much so, they will upon reading my comments). ?
If you’re looking for a bank where you're treated like a real person, and where the service is truly stellar, do yourself a favor and find your way to this location. You might just have a chance to meet Lizzie!

“I just had to jump online and tell you about the wonderful experience that I had at this branch today. I applied for my auto loan online, which was super quick and easy. The following day TCCU called to let me know that I was approved for my auto loan and that I needed to head into the branch to finalize paperwork. I arrived at the Hurst branch were I was pleasantly greeted and asked to wait. The wait was less than 5 min before I was lead to Melyssa's office. Melyssa is the reason for this review. Melyssa was extremely pleasant and professional with helping us through the loan process. No more than 10 into my 60 min commute back to work the dealership called and needed more funding for TT&L. By this time the TCCU branch was closed for lunch. I was so nervous that I was going to have to make this trip again and that I would not be able to pick my car up that day. I left a message and Melyssa promptly called me back after her lunch. She calmed me and said she would get the loan amended and get back with me. I knew TCCU was closing early that day, none the less Melyssa promptly hopped on top of this task and sent out the paperwork via docusign for my hubby and I to sign. Melyssa then personally called me to ask that we promptly check our email and sign because they were closing in the next 10 min. We got the paperwork signed and Melyssa finished out our paperork prior to leaving! I am a new member and I am already thoroughly impressed with the level of service at TCCU, thanks Melyssa!!!”

“? I was in the area and went into this location. Ooh my. The customer service was amazing! I think the teller ( white lady with ? ) name was Monica? there were only two tellers but the service was on point, fast and amazing. There were no long lines. The seated staff were friendly and promptly greeted every customer that came thru the door. I think I have found the right location to visit. I asked the teller to put monies of different amounts in individual envelopes for my staff and she did so. She was very professional and very patient filling my request. A previous visit to another location the teller informed me she could only count the $ out to me but couldn't place it in individual envelopes. So visit this location and thank me later. ?”

“Most who give BOA a bad review have obviously never had a bank account anywhere else before. While I've been a BOA customer for more than 30 years (even back when they were called NatWest,) I have also simultaneously have had accounts with Wells Fargo, Chase, etc. So for the record, BOA for me has always been the Greatest bank of all time in my lifetime whether I compare BOA to all the other banks or not. From The genuinely warm and friendly smiles I receive when I walk-in through the doors right down to even the quality of the receipt which to the touch appears to be a higher quality type of paper when compared to the receipt paper from the other banks which use to make me feel as if I had just checked out of a convenience store. Another thing I ? Love about BOA besides the people person skills of the tellers that make me feel right at home is that they don't have a team of pushy and obnoxious employees that constantly badger me to try to upsell me extra services I don't need. BOA doesn't do that nor do they need my business, they welcome it and value it with smiles, integrity, and with the highest standard of professionalism and excellence that I would challenge anyone to find anywhere else outside of BOA simply because you can't, you won't, and you never will. BOA is simply the Best and on that note I propose A toast to BOA on Labor Day! Here's to the Greatest Bank there ever was, is, and will ever be, past, present, and future...
