“We went in Monday 2/24/25 approximately 11-11:30 am. I was looking for a Rainbow Brite tumbler that the website said was here. The staff here were EXTREMELY helpful and polite. This is what customer service is. We had been to several other establishments in the area that also had the same information online and these were the only employees that offered to, look in the back, look at other stores in the franchise and tried to help me by offering to order it online (because the closest Hot Topic was in Dallas) without me having to ask. The employee seemed to be training the other and used this as an opportunity to train the other as well. That’s how you do your job. Super fan of these employees.”

“the vibes in the store are so pleasant. nice variety of indie and rock music going the whole time i was there. if you’re painfully indecisive like me, karma is super helpful and patient. she put up with my foot tapping and muttering to myself, let me try on stuff before i bought it, and set me up with a good deal on a longboard. you already know i took it to the top floor and cruised down the parking garage. i’ll totally come back.”
“I went into the Gap in North East Mall today. I was having trouble locating a pair of jeans I had found a model wearing on the website, on the website for purchase lol. The mall is not my jam so I was not excited at all. The sales associate Lisa was so spectacular! I explained the situation, showed her the picture and she went right to them. She even had the size just about on the nose just by looking at me. She was friendly, helpful and informed me of the sales today. She gave me her opinions on everything I tried on. I needed that because like I told her, my husband’s doesn’t count. He says I look good in everything ? lol. She made me actually want to go back. Thank you Lisa!”
“I recently visited Earthbound at the North East Mall while I was in town for a funeral, and I had the most incredible customer service experience with Jessica. As someone from out of state, I hadn’t been to an Earthbound in years, and it’s one of my favorite stores. I was really excited to visit again, but what made my day even better was the personalized attention I received.
Jessica went above and beyond—she quickly offered me a fitting room and continued to search the store for more options in my size while I was trying things on. She made the experience feel so personable and fun, despite the tough time I was going through. Her kindness and attentiveness truly brightened my day, and it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I deal with a lot of great customer service regularly, but Jessica really stood out. I’m so thankful for the care she showed during a difficult moment in my life.

“I went here with someone and the customer service we received was great! They were inviting but not overbearing. They gave you the shopping savings but didn't linger as you perused. They had a great sale on the summer tops and I'd definitely say go grab some. Go check them out. Even if you can't find something the staff is very welcoming.”
“Cadence was helpful processing my return. The only bad part (not on her) was all questionnaires and stuff that company/AE prompts using verifiphone or another card reader type—those are annoying to me.
But all is good. I am happy and glad, bought snoopy pjs all at once with 2 different sizes and just returned the snoopy cake batter pj that was Large.

“Love that all the staff are wearing masks and gloves, it makes me feel that they're prioritizing health and safety. Unfortunately when I got home i noticed that they gave me the wrong size. I understand things are difficult with COVID and many businesses are short staffed, even if this mean I have to go back. After all I love this place definitely want to go back. I just have to make sure to check the size before I check out”

“Yet another trendy mall store with clothes for men and women, heavy on surfing and skate brands, California nods, and a section devoted to styles that throw back to the movie Clueless. Tilly's reminds me a bit of Pacsun, only with more diversity and some better looks. Beyond that, there was not much remarkable about it from my perspective. Service was as expected. The store was clean and well organized and prices true to market. They had some cool denim shorts with drawstrings I liked. On the girls side, a section had colorful wool skirts and tops with plaid and argyle. A jeans brand I did not recognize seemed to dominate. Fun stuff! Make sure to visit the back section for 30% and 50% off items. This area was picked over, of course.”

“Today was so stressful for me as I needed very specific items and in a super rush, I walked into Francesca's and was very warmly greeted by two women who asked if they could help with anything. I frantically let them know what I needed and they went right to work, they picked out items for me that went along with what I needed and were beyond attentive and graceful with my scattered self. I will 100% shop here again, I've always liked Francesca's as a store in itself, but this experience blew me away and they got me everything I needed. LIFE SAVERS, thank you beautiful sweet women!”
