“I visited the Rally House in Euless, Texas with some friends to look for a Japanese National Team jersey to wear to the World Cup. Unfortunately, this is an item the store does not carry. However, the sales associate, Axel provided EXCELLENT customer service! He checked online to find stores that might carry the jersey in the area. He went above and beyond to help us! Honestly, I have not received this level of customer service in years...anywhere! He was so genuine and helpful! Please know he is a true asset to the store and the Rally House brand! I will forever be grateful for his help and shop at this location anytime I'm in need of fan gear! Thank you, Axel!”

Haley was the store manager she was very professional and friendly and knowledgeable of her store and merchandise. The ladies were engaging at check out area as well as professional. (former Macys employee for 12 yrs. “We love this Ross. It has so much and great prices. It helps that it’s so close to us. It does get packed and it can get a little disorganized with so many people coming in and moving things but the staff is quick to clean and organize and they are usually very friendly. It can take a minute to wait in line especially when there is only one or two registers open at a time.”

“I need to preface this review by saying that I am a postpartum, very petite, curvy, South Asian girl, and Maya’s Desi Boutique has probably been my best find this year. I was on Instagram looking for some new South Asian boutiques that were readily available stateside. I happened to come across Maya’s Instagram page and boy am I glad I did. I contacted them through direct messages for a silk Anarkali and received a reply within MINUTES. They were extremely prompt and even gave me more pictures of the outfit while also confirming the sizing with a measuring tape. Confirmed the purchase through Zelle and received my package within a couple of days. I was blown away by the Anarkali when I received it as it was even more beautiful in person. This prompted me to look at more of their designs to have backup outfits. Shopping for South Asian clothing is no easy feat for my curvy, petite frame and there was no judgement when I inquired about a lehenga. Needless to say, the lehenga I was inquiring about was super long and they offered alterations at only $15! I had forgot to mention that I needed a quick turnaround for the lehenga a couple of days after the purchase. They confirmed my measurements while following up with videos of the finished product before sending it out the same day! The quality control has been super impressive and the lehenga fit to the T. Pricing is great, and actually lower priced than other South Asian boutiques, while still maintaining better quality.
Looking for honest reviews are tough when you’re looking for South Asian clothing, so I’m here to tell you that you can’t go wrong when choosing Maya’s Desi Boutique. The customer service and quality control has put them at the top my Desi list, especially because of the no judgement factor.”
