I brought it in and he was very honest about the type of screen it needed, what it currently had (the wrong screen from a previous repair that I wasn’t aware was wrong) and what he could do for it. It took him 15 minutes and now my phone is even better than before it cracked! I’m very thankful for his honesty, helpfulness and genuine kindness. He gave me a case for it at no charge since the one I had was shot. Thanks for turning my awful day into a much better one!”
