“They just make it super dang easy to do business with. Place order online you aren’t waiting several business years like autozone up the road. Sean is always helpful when I’ve ordered. Suggestive but not pushy which is a fine balance!”

“I could not recommend this place ENOUGH!!! I spilled water all over my MacBook and when I went to Apple they didn’t even check the damage without telling me I should just buy a whole new computer. They told me I should just keep using it until it stops working - but why would I do that and have to buy a $3,000 new laptop!? I was recommended to come to MacDaddy’s and I immediately felt like they had my best interest at heart. They said they fix liquid damage about 2-3x a week and that they will look at the damage before recommending me to buy anything new. They also gave me great advice about what to do in the future to save my device not just fry it more like Apple told me. They said it would be a 7-10 business day turnaround, but I said I needed it ASAP for work purposes. They sent it off to be worked on the day I brought it in and it was done in 2 days! They only charged me for the cost of repairs. I almost cried because of how taken care of I felt! Special shoutout to Kaleb who explained everything perfectly and helped me out by rushing the order so I could get it back for work. This place is amazing and I will never be going back to Apple for repairs, I’m only coming to MacDaddy’s! Everyone should come here and get treated right!”

“I cracked my entire phone screen to the point that I thought there was no chance I wouldn’t have to give in and buy a new phone. I brought it in and he was very honest about the type of screen it needed, what it currently had (the wrong screen from a previous repair that I wasn’t aware was wrong) and what he could do for it. It took him 15 minutes and now my phone is even better than before it cracked! I’m very thankful for his honesty, helpfulness and genuine kindness. He gave me a case for it at no charge since the one I had was shot. Thanks for turning my awful day into a much better one!”

“I had a great experience with Oasis Savvy – Keller Phone. I brought my phone in because the screen was black and not working. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a short time. After I got home, the same problem appeared again. I returned to the shop, and they handled it immediately at no charge, just as quickly and professionally as the first time. They even encouraged me to come back if I had any further issues. I really appreciate the way they treat their customers—honest, helpful, and reliable. I will definitely continue using this shop for any future phone repairs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service.”

“Actually enjoy this place a lot, mainly for the nostalgia factor it gives someone like myself who grew up on the old games and toys. The 5 star review is purely based on the kindness and knowledge that the guys here have. They bring that store to life and have an answer to any question you may have. Keep it up guys, love that these stores are still available to this day.”

The staff were super friendly and explained everything clearly, which I appreciated. I was surprised by the reasonable prices – it didn’t break the bank. “I highly recommend eTech Parts Plus & Werx Repair Services. In my experience, their cellphone screens are top-tier—durable, consistent, and always reliable. Their customer service is excellent, and they truly stand behind their products. Even though I’m not local, I continue to order from them because the quality is far better than anything I’ve found near me. I once tried a parts store on Harry Hines Blvd, and the screen I bought failed the same day. After that experience, eTech Parts Plus became the only supplier I trust. Highly recommended!”
