“I always enjoy my shopping experience at Hank and Ellie because they have such unique and quality items to choose from every time I stop by. Today was over 100 degrees outside, but inside it was cool and I could enjoy my stroll around the store getting several items for friends events happening soon. Just a lovely, leisurely experience.”
“This place was awesome! Perfect for the goth or emo in your life. They have entire sections of Harry Potter and nightmare before Christmas. With a large selection of loungefly bags. They had bags I have never seen before. Definitely a must visit and we are going back soon.”

The store is medium-sized with a large portion dedicated to halloween and Christmas villages. Their staging is amazing and truly inspiring. If you are in the area and enjoy holiday decor, this is a MUST visit.”
“Nicely set up inside. Great selection of incense. Everything was marked up in price quite a bit but I quickly realized that is the norm for Grapevine, unfortunately. Emma was there today and she was so helpful and professional. It was nice chatting with her too. I got a ring, some incense, candles, and a small crystal, and it was between $50 and $60.”
“I was in a pinch trying to get a gift for my mother for the Lunar New Year and the ornaments I was hoping to obtain appeared to be sold out. Thankfully the lady approached me to see if I needed any assistance and went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Sure enough, she found one last ornament tucked away amidst all the New Year decorations hanging from the entrance to the shop. It was chaotic with all the people attending the festival, so I am ESPECIALLY grateful that she went out of her way to assist me. That’s excellent customer service! ?”
“When my family and I were driving on Park Row in Arlington. This place struck my eye it was so interesting looking just driving by but when you enter it's a whole new world of treasures! Even the customer service just walking up to opening the door the gentleman was very attentive throughout my visit, and happy to help and was happy to show my husband and I around at the so many different items, fine goods, anywhere from tools to rugs, very unique design canes and watches and so much more I highly recommend coming here for a very special unexpected surprise and even a great place to find someone a gift that they would never expect!”

“Great store to discover, nice owner. You'll find some imported products from Mexico, my favorite one are their spices. The food such as pastries or the snacks seem like it has been left out for months. Store is a little bit hard to spot as they don't have a banner in front. They also don't accept returns so no refund and choose wisely.”
