Came in with friends to buy rings for all of us. Not one person came to help us. We were never acknowledged or even greeted. There were 3 employees standing by the registers free of customers. This is the first James Avery location to provide terrible service.
We took our business to Pandora’s.

rude employee. my dad went in wanting to buy a gift for his mother. he has little knowledge about jewelry/sizing etc . but he still went out of his way to go into this clueless for a kind gesture for his mother. and he was met with the white employee woman who showed terrible service. being rude like that to a customer is disgusting and dehumanizing. if someone hates working with customers then they shouldn’t be working in customer service?? i wouldn’t doubt if she was a racist since my father has a slight hispanic accent.

Not open during advertised hours. I drove to this location hoping to shop early. It says they open at 10a but their gates were closed. I finally left at 10:40 when no one still hadn’t opened the store. I recommend calling before you visit them during opening hours!

I usually shop at this location but I might start driving out of my way to the Southlake location with the experience I had at the Hurst location. The older women with the white hair and glasses is very rude and ruined my shopping experience . I believe she is the manager.
The other sales associate are usually very friendly.

Usually James Avery has the nicest sales people working, but the older lady who works here with straight grey hair and glasses…yikes very rude. Other employees were nice and helpful.

Took 3 bracelets to add charms. Also purchased two charms. Was told there was no fee to fix the safety on the bracelet….which I was more than happy to pay if there was a fee, I drove all the way back to pick up the jewelry and my bracelet was not fixed. The same lady that told us there was no charge now says it’s 20.00 lol. Won’t return to this location.

I usually go to the store and had never had a bad experience but a few weeks ago I went inside the store and it was empty I walked around for about 10 min no one helped me out there were at least three people behind the counter no one even greeted us and then some other customers came in they were yellow tone and I’m Hispanic so I did get a little offended they got asked if they needed help but still didn’t acknowledge me and my family I had to go to the counter and ask for help will not be going back to this store

I have been goin to this store for many years an always very helpfull an great customer service . I went today to have them clean some of my rings an sandy was the lady that helped me an she was so nice an helpfull an gave me tips on how to kerp my rings it was such a plasant experience i will continue to visit an shop at this store. I totally recomend this location they have the best customer service.

Chain broke after less than a month of owning, was charged for repair. when I asked about their return policy I felt like I was getting the run around.
