“This place and entire staff are amazing!!! It was my first time visiting for lab work and was greeted by Victor. He was soo nice and personable. Made me feel like I was safe and welcome. Then was shortly greeted by Michelle whom was also super welcoming. I knew I was already going to be a piece of work, for lack of a better term, due to the fact I have VERY small veins. They did a very good job of working with me as I don’t do well with needles or pain!Not only was it an overall great experience but I feel like I left with new friends!!!”

“We came here to get tested for covid and I am so thankful we did. Once we were finished they said they also administer vaccines if we needed one. We already had scheduled at another clinic for the vaccines. We went to the other clinic and while we were sitting in the parking lot they told us the scheduled us incorrectly and only had my husband and I listed not our kids that we already signed out of school to take care of this. I called Dr. Joy and told her what happened. She and her MA told us not to worry and they will make it happen. They saw us short notice and Dr Joy was so kind and gentle with the kids. We are in awe of the love, patience and care Dr Hoy has for her patients. Very grateful for her.”

“I had a great experience at this Labcorp location. It's located at Baylor hospital in a professional building. As soon as you enter the building Labcorp is the first door on the left. It took me less than 10 minutes from the time I entered the building and walked out. Super easy! My phlebotomist was nice and so was the front desk staff. “I made an appointment a few days before my draw date because I had to be fasting for these labs. I was able to get a convenient early morning appointment time. I was reminded via text the morning of my appointment on how to check in remotely-via my phone. I was seen promptly upon arrival-only had to wait 10 minutes maximum. the technicians are professional and kind. They are also efficient-they not only have to draw the blood, they have to manage the administrative aspects as well, such as checking insurance. I APPRECIATE having this location available. it is always clean.”
