“Came here to get a lab test (obviously). I called before coming to confirm they offered the test I was looking for. When I arrived, it was empty. The same lady who checked me in drew my blood. She was very nice and attentive. She told me my results would come back in 3-4 days and it did. The restroom was clean and she even offered me water. I would recommend.”
“I had a great experience at K&K Practice. The entire office was very professional and clean, and the front office staff made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. The NP Naomi was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question I had even the ones I didn’t think to ask or might have forgotten about later which I really appreciated.
They were also very respectful of my time. My appointment started exactly when it was scheduled, which is something that really matters to me. I’ve been to several clinics before, and K&K Practice has provided the most comfortable and smooth experience by far. We were seen immediately and treated very kindly by all the staff. Dr. Dunnahoo diagnosed my wife’s metatarsal fracture, fitted her with a boot and referred her to an orthopedic surgeon.
The whole visit was less than an hour.

“We came here to get tested for covid and I am so thankful we did. Once we were finished they said they also administer vaccines if we needed one. We already had scheduled at another clinic for the vaccines. We went to the other clinic and while we were sitting in the parking lot they told us the scheduled us incorrectly and only had my husband and I listed not our kids that we already signed out of school to take care of this. I called Dr. Joy and told her what happened. She and her MA told us not to worry and they will make it happen. They saw us short notice and Dr Joy was so kind and gentle with the kids. We are in awe of the love, patience and care Dr Hoy has for her patients. Very grateful for her.”
“Kehinde ( Kendy) is the best phlebotomist ! She is very patient when I had problem with my MD office ( delayed sending lab orders). Her technic is amazing . It was no hurt , no bruise drawing blood at all ( which I always have problem with) i’d make appointment with her again on my next follow up lab order . Thanks Kendy so much”

“If you need help for blood work without insurance come here! Now that I have insurance I still come. The wait is never long even when the room was busy. Lately staffed at 2 people which is best. I been many time when there was one and still taken care of quickly.
No appointments just walkin sign in. I will be returning.”

“I wish I knew the names of them women working yesterday. There only appeared to be two, but the waiting room was very crowded with wait list patients. The tone of the room was extreme agitation and impatience. Racist comments were made regarding the patients that were taken back vs those who were not. The two women working were extremely professional. They did not allow themselves to be provoked or respond unprofessionally to anyone. They were taking patients as quickly as possible, and the work I had done was quick and pain-free. I applaud these employees.”
“I rarely give a five-star review unless everything was exactly perfect. And that's hard to do because no one is perfect. However as a person who has their blood taken often due to health issues with cholesterol etc I have to continually have my blood drawn. I've used the other well-known company many times until recently Blue Cross Blue Shield stopped allowing me to utilize LabCorp and now I went to this location for the first time. I made an appointment with my information online. Received a confirmation number. I arrived to my appointment and went to the kiosk entered my information and had a seat. Almost immediately an extremely nice and professional gentleman named Stanley called me back for the blood draw. Not only was Stanley engaging during the entire process, he allowed me to ask him multiple questions regarding various things. His body language, demeanor and basically his vibe was amazing. I was completely at ease as he made me feel completely comfortable in that setting which can sometimes cause one to get anxious during a blood draw. Many people are quick to give negative feedback as I will do the same when I have a bad experience. I always like to provide honest feedback whether it's positive or negative. In this situation I can only say that this experience exceeded every expectation I had of receiving this blood draw procedure. Kudos to Stanley. I appreciate his kindness and he even utilized a butterfly needle without me even having to ask for it. He was awesome. Definitely a five-star individual. Hopefully I will be able to ask for him next time when I go back for my future blood draws. ??”
