The NP Naomi was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question I had even the ones I didn’t think to ask or might have forgotten about later which I really appreciated.

“We came here to get tested for covid and I am so thankful we did. Once we were finished they said they also administer vaccines if we needed one. We already had scheduled at another clinic for the vaccines. We went to the other clinic and while we were sitting in the parking lot they told us the scheduled us incorrectly and only had my husband and I listed not our kids that we already signed out of school to take care of this. I called Dr. Joy and told her what happened. She and her MA told us not to worry and they will make it happen. They saw us short notice and Dr Joy was so kind and gentle with the kids. We are in awe of the love, patience and care Dr Hoy has for her patients. Very grateful for her.”
“It was the best experience I ever had from a clinic or medical facility, the nurse was very pleasant and professional, me and my wife had rapid covid tests done, no wait, the complete process was about 20 min, the minute we drive up to the designated parking spot, we called the number and she came right up, no delay, like I said the best experience and price.I will recommend to all my friends, and will be using their services from now on.”
“I live very close to two Labcorp locations, but I drove 25 minutes each way to this location because it gets better reviews. Totally worth it. I got here about 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment and Tracy called me back 2 minutes later. She was super nice and did a great job with no pain. Highly recommend this location.”

“As I approached the entry door, I didn't realize that it was closed for lunch, yet a woman who had just passed me informed me it would not be back open for about an hour and asked what I needed. She opened back up just for me and drew blood for my tests. She was more than accommodating, friendly, caring, and overall, as professional as anyone can be. I had a great experience.”

“This review is specifically for Brittney at the Arbrook location. Great phlebotomist. Five vials with zero drama. No pain associated with the procedure at all. Checked in via text in the parking lot and from the time I sat down in the lobby until leaving was five minutes at most.”
“I rarely give a five-star review unless everything was exactly perfect. And that's hard to do because no one is perfect. However as a person who has their blood taken often due to health issues with cholesterol etc I have to continually have my blood drawn. I've used the other well-known company many times until recently Blue Cross Blue Shield stopped allowing me to utilize LabCorp and now I went to this location for the first time. I made an appointment with my information online. Received a confirmation number. I arrived to my appointment and went to the kiosk entered my information and had a seat. Almost immediately an extremely nice and professional gentleman named Stanley called me back for the blood draw. Not only was Stanley engaging during the entire process, he allowed me to ask him multiple questions regarding various things. His body language, demeanor and basically his vibe was amazing. I was completely at ease as he made me feel completely comfortable in that setting which can sometimes cause one to get anxious during a blood draw. Many people are quick to give negative feedback as I will do the same when I have a bad experience. I always like to provide honest feedback whether it's positive or negative. In this situation I can only say that this experience exceeded every expectation I had of receiving this blood draw procedure. Kudos to Stanley. I appreciate his kindness and he even utilized a butterfly needle without me even having to ask for it. He was awesome. Definitely a five-star individual. Hopefully I will be able to ask for him next time when I go back for my future blood draws. ??”
“The lady who took my blood was really nice and patient. When she couldn't get my vain correctly, instead of her messing up she asked for help. That says a lot about a person. She is a good phlebotomy person and asks for help when need to becauseshe cares about people. She was patient and helped us a lot. If I have to go back which I hope I don't have to because I hope my cholesterol is good. I want her to take my blood again.

EDIT: Today 1/26/26 took my daughter to get her blood work done and the lady who took her blood was absolutely a gem. She is kind, very patient, calm, knows what she is doing and clearly has worked with babies. Unlike my other experience my daughter haf in the Dallas location (which was horrible) the Arlington location on Randall mill always had a very good experience with my other children. I rather make the long trip to this location if it means having my children comfortable and tooken care of correctly! ??”
“Highly recommend Dr. Falaki as a PCP. She is attentive, remembers details of previous conversations and has a genuine demeanor. She responds at an alarmingly fast rate to refill requests/messages- very helpful as a traveling healthcare provider! I have seen many facilities around the HEB, and the office experience and practitioners at HCAT Euless are the best.”

“I made an appointment a few days before my draw date because I had to be fasting for these labs. I was able to get a convenient early morning appointment time. I was reminded via text the morning of my appointment on how to check in remotely-via my phone. I was seen promptly upon arrival-only had to wait 10 minutes maximum. the technicians are professional and kind. They are also efficient-they not only have to draw the blood, they have to manage the administrative aspects as well, such as checking insurance. I APPRECIATE having this location available. it is always clean.”
