Got scammed by a guy at this location. Got talked into adding a line to my account, with the promise of a new gree phone and only a small increase in my bill. Got the next bill and it was 2.5x larger! Plus added insurance and Hotspot without consent. Fortunately Metro handled it well. Though I am out about $150, my bill and service is back to normal.

It was Metro's corp store, now it becomes authorized dealer store.it is a den of thieves now to scam and rip off customers. Not honor any Metro's official ads, put many craps on top !Avoid them when possible!

Horrible location since Philippines have Bought Metro out there are no decent locations and they are very rude to the Customers in stores metro PC s has turned into a scam operation. They have no corporate store in the United States. And there's no one to report complaints with now. pretty much They are stealing our information in hacking things.You can't even speak to no one in customers service with the 1 888 number. Unless you pay your Phone bill and their main question is Why do you need to call customer service? And why do you need to speak to someone in customer service? Smh Most of the new employees don't even know how to set up a phone now Because theyre doing something illegal

Saya was great we had some very pleasant conversations while we waited for the phone to load up and what not as well as going over deals you guys had but was not in need for any of them also the older Caucasian gentleman with glasses was very helpful as soon as I walked through the door and even though they were very busy he would check up on me and assured I'd be helped soon as I patiently waited? thanks guys✌

Clay way awesome. I've almost always had great service from this location. 2 nights ago I spoke with a young lady and she was pretty rude. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her to be there. I left and decided to go back last night. I spoke with Clay. He was very understanding and had great customer service skills. He took his time with me to make sure I got the kind of phone I really wanted. Keep up the great work Clay.

Worst store ever. I upgraded my phone and the phone doesn't connect to the network half the time. Supposedly they can't tell me anything about it without me leaving my job and going over there. When you call their technical support you can't get anyone that speaks English and they will help you with any issue but the one you are having. Even after having trouble for the last two months they still expect me to pay $60 a month. I am fed up with their lack of customer service and will be switching company's.

Worst experience.The employees will try to sell phone accessories even if you don’t want. When we say that we just want to buy phone which is on deal, they will make reasons and will not help you with the phone. You finally leave from store with nothing
