“Picked up an order today and the store representative was less than helpful. She said less than 10 words. No greeting, no thank you for shopping here. She didn't help my wife put try on the necklace or remove it from the holder. One of the worst customer service I encountered so far. She seemed occupied with other things on the tablet. No smile, no nothing. If we go back, i wouldn't have her tend to us. Hurst location, northeast mall, September 11 at 4:15 pm. Update. Spoke to store manager Latara. She has been more than courteous when attending to our needs. She took care of what happened. I have been shopping here a few times and happy to work with people like Latara. We are happy customers.”
