She didn't help my wife put try on the necklace or remove it from the holder. One of the worst customer service I encountered so far. She seemed occupied with other things on the tablet. No smile, no nothing. If we go back, i wouldn't have her tend to us. Hurst location, northeast mall, September 11 at 4:15 pm.
Update. Spoke to store manager Latara. She has been more than courteous when attending to our needs. She took care of what happened. I have been shopping here a few times and happy to work with people like Latara. We are happy customers.”
