“MUST READ this entire review to understand how amazing the owner of this place really is. Even finding someone that would size a ring or do repairs to existing jewelry was very difficult as almost all the other jewelers I called are clearly out to make as much profit as possible and operate like a dealership. The title says “Jeweler” and rightfully so, unlike others who title themselves that way but are really just Jewelry Stores.Silver Creek sizes rings and does repairs on site with extremely fast turn around. What makes this place on another level is the professionalism of the owner. During sizing of a ring I had dropped off, a problem occurred that even though he took full responsibility for, truly there was nothing he could have done to prevent. He went so far above and beyond to make it rectify the problem, I can only imagine how much it cost him to do so. The ring is now perfect and this place just earned themselves a life long customer along with everyone I recommend them to anytime I have the chance.”

“Absolutely Blown Away. I had a completely wild idea of a pendant that i would like. The only thing i had was a picture of some graffiti on a wall that i had found. Instantly, they had ideas left and right.. Put it down on paper, made a mold, and Created a Work of Art. I highly recommend anyone in the market for any type of jewelry to stop by. They even did a couple of repairs to another customer that was there. 5 customer service. Thanks again, I will forever enjoy my pendant”

“Let me just say I've been going to this Pandora in NE Mall since 2016 but today 10/21/2023 was the only time I received an exceptional customer service from the sales associate named Shirlette. At least that's what the name tag says. They were pretty busy since it's a Saturday and I was looking around patiently waiting for my turn and Shirlette approached me as soon as she was done with another customer before me. She asked if I needed help and if I was looking for anything specific. I told her the new heart bracelet gold plated was what I was interested on. She showed a couple sizes for me to try on and a zodiac charm. Unfortunately my size wasn't in stock so I just ended up purchasing the charm. Shirlette was very nice & professional. She was patient with showing couple different options and remained that and respectful even I only bought the charm. I commended her personal pandora collection she have on as well. It was just a nice and chill experience on a Saturday at that store fromShirlette. I took a star off cuz they didn't have the bracelet I wanted in my size but I still bought the charm tho. Will be back orMaybe order online.”
