“The Red Oak USPS is phenomenal! I recently moved here from New Mexico and this office made moving a breeze! They quickly help customers, were kind professional and excellent in their customer care!
From helping me request a mailbox key, holding my mail, forwarding my mail, to delivering my mail once my new key was ready! Easily explained the location of my mailbox and I have received every piece of mail, and packages on time! Thank you to the Entire staff at Red Oak TX location!!”

“Elizabeth Jones helped me out with my package today. I stopped in last week and she told me I could come in after holiday price hikes and my package was NOT hazardous after multiple other locations either told me they could not send my package at all or would cost FAR too much to send my 2.9oz package. I very much appreciate an honest worker. Thank you Elizabeth! I drove way out of my way just so I could send my package though her since I knew she was kind and honest. She remembered me as I walked into the door too, that always feels good :)”
“As bad as the sidewalk and streets and weather is here in Mesquite the sweet mail lady always comes. she does a Wonderful job on our street and does have a hard time getting to the mailboxes but on to the next one.?”

Take your complaints up with those that operate and own these places. Thank you to all usps workers that keep things flowing in this time of need.”

“Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I went in the morning around 9am. 2 workers, no line, maybe one or two other customers came in while I was there. The older lady seemed a little frustrated but it was understandable because her system was acting up, she passed me along to the other employee to be serviced while she restarted her system. The younger lady who helped me was very nice. She got my packages shipped with out any problems. I would go back and I'd recommend this location to others.”
“Went today 08/18/25 and the service was exceptional!!! Walked in water patiently and got assisted by the cashier. I actually had a flat rate box which was pricey to ship a light 1 item. I asked what else I could do to bring the cost down. That’s when the female cashier suggested another method and helped me. It was more work for her to show me the correct box to use and she didn’t have an attitude about it either. The lobby was getting busy and the female post master came from the back and thanked us all for waiting patiently and got more employees to come to the front to assist us. I was so happy to have this great moment of except superb customer service there today!!”
