“Said he replaced my battery but it was the same battery just recharged. He billed me 250 which included new battery and labor. I had to buy a new battery and get it replaced myself. In my experience, Phil is a complete scam, ignore his services and find a professional.

After waiting over 4 hours for another local tow truck company that, after finally arriving, said to me, "They didn't tell me it was a motorcycle" and drove off, I called JX Towing and they arrived in 25 minutes. Very polite and didn't have to arrange for a ride home for myself. JX Towing made a horrible day a bit more bearable. Experience: AMAZING ?
Liz was so patient, caring, considerate, kind and respectful in booking the appointment, speaking to me and handling the paperwork and payment.
Reason why the visit went so well: greeted by handsome officer, asked to follow him into impound lot, left keys on dash, leave to go to a purple door where there is a waiting room. Took exactly 18 minutes despite there being so many people, Liz was there and she was soooo nice. Names got called out quickly. Paid, went back to the impound lot to get my car and drove out.
I wish the DMV, SSN and other government offices were this efficient”
