“Trailer roll-up door was damaged by a shipper. Called JSC around 11am on a Friday asking about availability for repair. They said come ASAP in case parts are needed so they can be ordered before the weekend. Arrived a little after noon, checked in and pulled to a spot in front of the shop where they immediately began to work on it. Checked out 2:30pm with the door moving smoother than it did before the damage occurred. Quick, professional, reasonably priced. Had a broken door in the morning and was able to book a new load that afternoon. I am greatly appreciative”

“Great service, and it's usually not busy. They did me a solid when my wife messed up a new tire a couple weeks after they had installed them. And they actually use a torque wrench to ensure your lugs are tightened properly (which is not a given)!”

“Walked in for a flat tire repair. I was acknowledge with the first three minutes upon arrival. Luis was knowledgable with my tire selection and made recommendations that fit my needs. It took the team a total of 18 minutes to change my tire from beginning to end (yes, I timed it). Customer service and quality staff are rare these day and I appreciate a service that is less than 30 minutes.”

“Got a flat tire on the highway and called around to make sure the shop had my tire size. I was honestly surprised they were open because it was their first day being open 24 hours! Even though there was another tire shop closer to me, I decided to come to Tire Kind Ali 1 because he answered the phone, was super helpful, and made sure to give me a really good deal. Great service from start to finish. 10/10 would definitely recommend!”
“Was headed out of town to Austin and decided to get air in my tires. Turned out I had a nail in my tire. On a busy friday afternoon they said it would take a hour and a half it took 20 mins. Thank you all so much!”
