“Trailer roll-up door was damaged by a shipper. Called JSC around 11am on a Friday asking about availability for repair. They said come ASAP in case parts are needed so they can be ordered before the weekend. Arrived a little after noon, checked in and pulled to a spot in front of the shop where they immediately began to work on it. Checked out 2:30pm with the door moving smoother than it did before the damage occurred. Quick, professional, reasonably priced. Had a broken door in the morning and was able to book a new load that afternoon. I am greatly appreciative”

“Great service, and it's usually not busy. They did me a solid when my wife messed up a new tire a couple weeks after they had installed them. And they actually use a torque wrench to ensure your lugs are tightened properly (which is not a given)!”
“I had a flat on 35, pulled off the highway at this exit by pure happenstance and can't be happier that I did. My tires was plugged and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes. I should add at this point I tried to give him my debit card to pay with as I had no cash, he said he didn't take it, but come back when I have cash. I asked about an ATM he said, don't worry about it, handle my business and stop back when I have it. That's not the way I do business so I went next door and got him the cash but I can't tell you how great it is in this day and age, when a man is willing to work with and is willing to trust someone solely on a handshake.

“I got a flat tire last night and I needed a place to quickly get a replacement. Roberto helped me out with a quick and easy tire change to a single used tire at a reasonable price. I really appreciate that it’s possible to do that here in Oak Cliff; I’ve lived in places where a flat tire would mean you just have to spend $150 on a brand new tire. “No idea why there are so many many bad reviews but the trailer brake/hub/backer plate kit that I ordered was an amazing quality kit and arrived very quickly in a few days and was packaged so beautifully I was shocked, especially after reading their reviews. I believe people are making up lies possibly out of anger of making a mistake. All the bearings were packed tightly down into the hub outer caps and the bolts and nuts were packaged so well. Thanks to Southwest for the great service and competitive pricing.”
