Staff has always been professional and courteous. Today was my fifth time going to this location to get a new phone and every time has been fairly smooth. There's always some small hiccup, but the staff has always pulled through and made things right. Much better than the location off of Palm Valley.

the recent bad reviews of this location make zero sense... there were 3 people eager and ready to help us as soon as we walked in this afternoon. I was able to switch my line and be out the door in 20 mins. employees are very kind and professional.
