“Staff has always been professional and courteous. Today was my fifth time going to this location to get a new phone and every time has been fairly smooth. There's always some small hiccup, but the staff has always pulled through and made things right. Much better than the location off of Palm Valley.”
“I can't say enough good things about this place. The lady that helped us was amazing. The price was unbeatable. She had my phone fixed (shattered screen) and ready for me to pick up a day early. She even cleaned the gunk that had built up inside my phone and didn't charge me for it. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. No hidden charges when you go to pick your phone up. And I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

“We had called a couple other places in Austin for a replacement of a MacBook 14 Pro screen. Longhorn was the only one who could do it same-day. I dropped it off as soon as they opened and they called an hour or two later to say it was ready for pickup. That was last week and so far the laptop works like before. Can't say enough good things about their professionalism and customer service. Even though we don't live in Pflugerville, will definitely keep them in mind for our next hardware repair job.”
“Absolutely crazy! My iPhone 14 plus back glass was completely shattered and I had 0 hope of it reviving perfectly without spending $349 that Apple quoted me. Mo did the same thing in less than an hour, for one third of the price, and with absolute precision. The best part was, I asked if I needed to change the battery, he literally told me not to, at least right now as the phone still had 84% battery health left, and wait until I get a notification, he will change it then and charge me the same. He could have easily made quick bucks but rather he chose the honesty, which to me was the biggest green sign. I will come back for anything phone or tech related here, without giving a second thought. Hands down!”

“Decent & honest. I went in for what I expected to be an expensive repair. I had been quoted $150 somewhere else for a cracked lens on my iPhone 14. At iLabs he popped off the lens protective cover and showed me that was all that was damaged. The lens itself was still good. It took him very little time and he wouldn’t charge me. But there was no way I was walking out of there without paying him something. Like I said I had been quoted $150 elsewhere. Totally grateful for his honesty I tipped him generously. Thank you. I will be back & I will tell my friends.”
“Nick was fantastic and smelled so nice! He was very patient and took his time to explain my options. My phone with spectrum was not working any longer. Instead of going with spectrum again, I decided to switch to Verizon because of Nick.

“I've got to say, I've been to a few other att stores and have run into some very rude and very condescending employees. But Melina and Regina at the att store off Palm Valley (79) were a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly polite and patient even though I had no clue what I was doing. They walked me through upgrading my phone and explained in detail what was happening. I would give them more stars if I could but I guess 5 will have to do. Thank you both for a great experience and I truly hope management and/or leadership sees this review. What started off as a frustrating day turned out to be a pleasant experience and a great morning. “My husband and I frequent the AT&T Pflugerville store regularly. We have purchased cords, phones and recently a JBL bluetooth speaker. Everyone is so professional and kind, but someone stood out more, it was Linda. Every time we go to that store we always hope Linda is available to assist, she’s very patient. Our last visit she assisted with setting up my new IPhone 17, so grateful.
