Had reps out at Elm Creek doing sign ups this past weekend. Under all the intense heat and humidity, they were very informative and helpful. I ended up getting switched over to AT&T!! I wanted to give a shout out to Valerie for her great attitude and exceptional service. She went above and beyond to be super helpful and accommodating to my situation. Had some issue that ultimately were a bit much, so I have to visit another location to get it cleared up as this one is just way too out of my way. I appreciate all the help, Valerie! Thank you so much!

Had a terrible time using the he ATT Customer Service on line. Went into this store and was helped by Stephanie. What a delight. She went the extra mile to get me an appointment with a technician. Yay!!!

I came in on Friday to upgrade my phone, and Rick was AMAZING! ? He was the only one working and did a great job quickly assisting everyone in a timely manner. He helped me get everything transferred from my old phone and put my screen protector on, which I appreciate because I can never do it myself. Avoid this store. They give all false information for you to move from a different network by providing all false offers to you. MANGER here SUCKS, she can’t do nothing.

I needed help swapping phones from a insurance claim. Caleb greeted me right away and got all of my stuff transferred over, he even saved me $10 a month on my bill. They were great and thank you Caleb.

I was transferring my service to my husbands account and was told by another dealer to go online which I had difficulty. A year later my husband and I went in and the manager was wonderful! He made the change within 5 minutes. He was polite and we were very impressed. We think his name was George. We will definitely be long time customers.

Had such a great experience at this AT&T store in Hutto. Rick was great getting my new iPhone 14 set up for me and transferred everything over. Caleb was great showing me how to use my app to set it up on my TV. My smart TV and my non-smart TV. Very knowledgeable and extremely nice. George is a great manager and I feel like I got treated very fairly above and beyond
