“I had a wonderful experience with the Just Hail team and I highly recommend their services. I felt appreciated, respected, and valued even before I agreed to the hail damage repairs with this shop. Ms Angela went out of her to earn my trust with quality and timely communication. She was very honest and helpful. They offered pick up & delivery of my vehicle, exterior washing and interior detailing. I’m the original owner of my 12 year old Jeep and she looks brand new again! Thank you Just Hail team!”

“I can’t recommend Edgar and his team enough. I was able to schedule same-day. Edgar took the time to thoughtfully explain what services he would provide for my interior detailing. He exceeded my expectations—it looks like a brand new car! Pricing was extremely fair. I will absolutely be a return customer and will recommend him to all my Austin-area friends and family.”

“Very professional and honestly one of the best detailers I have ever met. My vehicle came from Hawaii and was covered in hard water spots. Authentic Details was able to remove all the spots and did a amazing job on the rest of the vehicle as well as you can see by the pictures! I was very impressed with how quickly they were done as well! I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. They also tinted my front windows as well. Years later and they are hands down still the best in the business! Exceptional work and they always go above and beyond for their customers! I will use them for every vehicle my company and I ever buy.”

“Hands down, this is some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Michael and the entire team at Detail Now take the time to explain exactly what you're getting. They're 100% honest about the services you actually need and the ones you don't—unless it's something you still want, of course. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. They truly go above and beyond and, in my opinion, deliver more value than what you pay for. I'm very grateful to have found them, and they'll be taking care of both our personal vehicles and our business fleet moving forward. Thank you to Michael and the entire Detail Now team for the outstanding service! – Clayton”

“Lawrence did a great job restoring the headlights on my Porsche Cayman. They were heavily oxidized and the difference afterward was immediately noticeable, both in appearance and light output at night. I also really appreciated how carefully he protected the surrounding paint while working on the car and was honest about what could and couldn’t be corrected due to internal aging. Very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend his work!”

“I would like to start off by saying, I was referred to this shop by " Word of Mouth". I began by looking up their website, doing my homework with what services & products they use, and compared them to other places of business that have similar services. From the second I walked in, I received a " Welcome In" from Kevin O. He gave me a tour of the shop, explained all of their products and services like a true professional. No pressure tactics, etc. Gave me advice, showed me other cars, as well as his car, to compare, tints & PPF's. I was even introduced to the owner in his office. Top Notch facilities and employees that truly know what they're doing. Your vehicle is in good hands here, and whatever services you choose, rest assured your vehicle won't leave their facility until the job is complete and correct !!. Give these people a raise !!! Kevin you Rock”

“I had a full front, front & rear fenders flares PPF package, windshield tint, and a ceramic cost done to my 2023 Branco Raptor. When selecting the PPF on the finder flares, I originally wanted to have a gloss finish. Lan took the time to listen to what I wanted my end result to be and made a few recommendations. I have to admit I am pleased that I lesson to what he had to say. The attention to detail and care that went into the process was outstanding. I’ve taken a few cars to other shops, but never felt comfortable recommending one. But if you are in the market for PPF, wrap, tint, or ceramic coat trust that Lan and the Paragon team will take care of you. Thanks guys!”

“Had a great experience with Auto Detailing Austin. Jasmine was super professional and even honored the $100 deposit I paid months ago when I missed my first appointment , that really meant a lot. Ty was the tech who worked on my truck, and he did an amazing job. He got rid of a tough oil spill and even went the extra mile with some extra touch-ups I didn’t even ask for. You can tell he loves what he does, and i appreciate that a lot. The truck looked way better than I expected. Just felt taken care of all around. Definitely a place I’d recommend and will be coming back to.”

“I can’t imagine a better car wash experience. They are fast, they are thorough. They pay attention to every little thing. They don’t miss anything. They are courteous. The prices are reasonable. Bonus: there’s a good taco truck on the other side of the property. There’s also a Nepali food truck, but I haven’t tried it.”

“I've seen a lot of detailers in my eight years of owning Petrol Lounge. There's a lot of guys who get a polisher and watch a couple of YouTube videos and think they can detail a car -- and most people won't notice the shot it's they take or the places they miss. No Mediocre is one of maybe three shops in Austin that deserves the title of detailer. Logan's work is meticulous and perfect in every way. You may not be able to tell exactly what he does to make his work stand out, but I promise you that anyone can put his work next to the best work of any other shop and see that No Mediocre is undeniably superior.”
