“I can’t recommend Edgar and his team enough. I was able to schedule same-day. Edgar took the time to thoughtfully explain what services he would provide for my interior detailing. He exceeded my expectations—it looks like a brand new car! Pricing was extremely fair. I will absolutely be a return customer and will recommend him to all my Austin-area friends and family.”

“Very professional and honestly one of the best detailers I have ever met. My vehicle came from Hawaii and was covered in hard water spots. Authentic Details was able to remove all the spots and did a amazing job on the rest of the vehicle as well as you can see by the pictures! I was very impressed with how quickly they were done as well! I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. They also tinted my front windows as well. Years later and they are hands down still the best in the business! Exceptional work and they always go above and beyond for their customers! I will use them for every vehicle my company and I ever buy.”

“I would like to start off by saying, I was referred to this shop by " Word of Mouth". I began by looking up their website, doing my homework with what services & products they use, and compared them to other places of business that have similar services. From the second I walked in, I received a " Welcome In" from Kevin O. He gave me a tour of the shop, explained all of their products and services like a true professional. No pressure tactics, etc. Gave me advice, showed me other cars, as well as his car, to compare, tints & PPF's. I was even introduced to the owner in his office. Top Notch facilities and employees that truly know what they're doing. Your vehicle is in good hands here, and whatever services you choose, rest assured your vehicle won't leave their facility until the job is complete and correct !!. Give these people a raise !!! Kevin you Rock”

“Everyone that works here goes above and beyond to help their customers. One of the rare places where the people are not only super friendly, but they are always thinking about what their customers (especially their regular visitors) want and need.”
