“Outstanding customer service! I can't say enough great accolades about this credit union and Employee Teller Zack. I had a complicated issue that took more than an hour. He went over and beyond to help resolve the issue promptly with knowledge, great patience and a beautiful smile throughout entire transaction. He persevered until all resolved efficiently never just told me anything just to rush me out unlike other credit unions. Austin finished it off closing out my personal loan in full. For my first unsecured loan ever with little credit Amplify lending was quite generous awarded me more than asked for. Amplify is now my family credit union. Keep up the awesome work!!!”

“I have a mortgage with UHCU. I've admittedly had some issues with their online site (error messages when I'm attempting to pay past my due date) and call center (with long hold times infrequently) when trying to make a payment.
Upon frustrations on my end, I explained my issue to the contact center rep and asked them to raise it to their supervisor. I didn't expect much to come of this.
The next day, their Operations Manager reached out to me personally, and explained that he looked into the issue, found some opportunities (thanks to my feedback) and is already resolving some of them internally.
This helped my experience overall, so I've updated my low rating to a 4-star review.”

“NOT AN ACCOUNT HOLDER, BUT... I just want to commend Austin-Telco for going above and beyond for me. My father passed away in February and unfortunately had no one listed as a beneficiary on his account. Starting from the morning of his passing all the way up until today, the staff went above and beyond the norm in terms of customer service. From offering guidance to what was needed for the process of retrieval of his funds, to working with me on legalities, time and time again I was greeted with great attitudes and willingness to help navigate through a difficult situation. The staff at this location worked together today to help make everything work out for the best, and I cannot thank the ladies enough for their patience. What a great staff! “I wrote a pretty scathing review last week of the Aplus Federal Credit Union that I bank with. Since then, and I don't think as a result of, they really stepped up to the plate and went out of their way to make everything right. The staff, including the vice president of the bank made sure that they came up with a viable alternative and solution to my problem of being able to get my money where it needed to be. This was definitely excellent customer service in action. I have never seen better. I am filled with gratitude that they were finally able to help me.”
