“This Texas Rangers AAA Round Rock Express stadium is a great family environment to spend time with your family. The food choices are great too. Tip, if you purchase tickets at the gate in the summer time, get your seats on the 3rd base line, so you are not in the bright sunshine. It's hot on the 1st base line.”

Favorite theater ever!
Clean location and various sanitation setups throughout the facility. 2 seat spacing between seats, which allowed for social distancing (there were only 4 other people), and friendly staff as always. Made for a very enjoyable experience.”

“Recently enrolled my 3 year old grandson in the Funny Bugs and Giggle Worms class at the Round Rock Little Gym location. He loves it!! His instructors, Janelle and Mattie are wonderful. They are so kind and patient with the kids. They vary the activities from week to week and make learning fun!! Management is great, and the equipment, bathrooms, and overall place is very clean. Would highly recommend this Little Gym!!”

“Highly, highly recommend this venue. We had our daughter's wedding there in December of 2023 and it was a wonderful experience. One key thing to keep in mind is that any changes (like adding time) have to be made 30 days in advance.”
“Nice place to bring the kids for sure and the lady at the restaurant area was very nice and friendly, but I will say the employees in the front area that Welcomes the customers really need a lesson on customer service because they all looked very rude. No one greeted us when we got the front register and the lady that was standing there was just staring at me and my family. Didn’t say “hello” or anything. First timers here so didn’t know what to do. My husband had to tell me “The lady is waiting for you to give her the ticket” because again, she didn’t greet us and tell us anything. She just stood there looking at us rudely like we knew what to do. I had to tell my husband “Well I didn’t know because she didn’t say anything to us.” I literally said it in front of the worker so she knows next time to greet the customers. This is an establishment for kids so the workers definitely need to look more welcoming and friendly. But other than that, my kids had fun and were tired by end of day.”
“I brought a school group to stay at this location…this was the best hotel experience I’ve had since Covid. The rooms were very clean AND they provided daily maid service! We used the meeting area during our stay—very accommodating experience. Breakfast was also well stocked and monitored. Upon checkout my room invoices were folded and ready for pickup. Many convenient shops and eateries within walking distance…movie theatre as well. This IHG took good care of our group. Highly recommend!”
“Purchasing tickets was easy. Snack lines were crowded and had no flow. People with their hands full trying to leave the area but had to walk back through the line to proceed to the theater area. Theater and restrooms were very clean. Theater seats were amazingly comfortable- love the recline feature. All in all a great movie experience. We were just disappointed with the snack line.”

“This hotel was perfect for my stay! The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a full kitchen which made a big difference for a longer stay. The staff were really welcoming and made me feel at home. The location is great too right off I-35 and close to shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable place for an extended stay. Very convenient for me as a contractor.”

“Overall stay was great. Friendly personnel along all services. Receptionists were really nice and explained everything. Parking lot is big. Some observations: doesn’t seem to be the most modern facility, some Rooms are outdated most requiring some maintenance. Some furniture in some rooms are really beaten up. We stayed in 2 rooms. Breakfast was really good. Location is nice! It was a fair price as well.”
“This place is good I go to it all the time but there is one very very rude worker there that was so disrespectful to my 14 year old daughter and her friend, I don’t know his name but this is the second time he has snapped back at them.”
“Fun spot to host children parties like birthdays. Several bouncy structures, including large slide and obstacle courses. Air hockey table. Air conditioned space. Make sure to bring socks which are required for children. Has food rooms for groups to eat together. Ample parking.”
“My husband and I recently stayed at this location for 4 nights while traveling to Austin and it was a very pleasant stay. Checking in was fairly standard, although they did require us to supply the car tag # (we were in a rental so my husband had to run back outside to get it). We were then quickly checked in to the king size one bedroom suite we reserved. Our room was clean, had a nice layout and it was in a pretty quiet location at the end of the hall on the 4th floor. Breakfast was included and they had plenty of options including waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal and fruit. When back in Austin, I would definitely look to staying here again.”

“I rarely take the time to write a second review on the same business trip, but I would be remiss if I did not give this hotel another shoutout for excellent service. After check out, my flight was cancelled due to inclement weather, and I did not want to sleep on the terminal floor at ATX. I returned to Courtyard to work on a new travel itinerary unannounced and without a reservation, and was welcomed back and provided a lobby, WiFi, and resources to plan my next step. The Courtyard had rooms available, so the extra night was a given, but they allowed me to turn their clean and large lobby into my personal business center as I tracked the rest of my team safely to their destinations, and then plan my own itinerary for a surprise extra night in the ATX. I want to personally acknowledge Ty and Jared for never making me feel like a burden that would not go away, and for taking an interest in my safety and comfort. To Ty and Jared... thank you so much for being the warm and helpful people you are. I cannot wait to see y'all again on my next trip....”
