If you are in the hill country and not using HCTC you don't know what you're missing.We stopped in the other day to complement the techs who came to our home on a recent service call.The lady on the front desk in the lobby (sorry I didn't get her name) was so helpful. She informed us that fiber optic was now available. Now our internet is 10x faster...and cheaper!Yes, I love ❤️ em.

I use HCTC telephone and internet for my business in Ingram. Our phone and internet went down at 4:50pm on the Friday before 4th of July weekend when we were supposed to open at 5. They said they would be happy to send someone out Saturday morning because the technicians had already left for the day, I explained that I needed this fixed in order to operate my business so they said they’d reach out to one of their technicians to see if they could help. Within 15 minutes Kelly showed up with a smile on his face and quickly fixed the issue and saved the day for my business. Big thanks to Kelly and everyone at HCTC for being there when we needed them, their level of customer service is hard to find these days.

Kind of intimidating like walking into an interagation room, kind of dark, with a long walk and a chair at the end. No noise or people, just a guy sitting behind bullet proof glass asking with a baritone voice " May I help you?" I use paperless billing so to prove residency with a utility bill, I needed a hard copy of my receipt with my physical address. The man was friendly and printed a copy quickly, we chatted for a while and I left with exactly what I needed. I probably could have gotten a copy on line but I'm old so I didn't think of that option.

I live at the end of the line so my service was having issues. The techs at HCTC stayed after it until the service was up and running. Everyone was nice and professional and went out of the way to help. I would highly recommend HCTC

After the closing date on our new home was unexpected moved up, HCTC went above and beyond to install high-speed fiber Internet access quickly and ensured my wife and I could continue working from home and avoid a LONG commute. The speeds, prices, AND service they offer to hill country residents are better than what was available to us in San Antonio. Shout out to Dennis who did the install. THANK YOU! :)

I give a special shout out to my installer, Chris, who worked with me on an odd service location. Otherwise I'm getting ten times the speed at two thirds the price at my old service. Kudos to HCTC for being forward thinking enough to invest in the future of our area by bringing in fiber.

Horrible customer service. Put on hold fo 25 minutes then transferred put on hold again for 10/15 minutes then told they don't know the answer.

Sent email, never got response. So I walked into the office in Ingram. Kind lady at desk helped me out greatly. Service guy calls me to setup time to install Jack in house, no call and no show.... I contact their service line that day.... Told I'll get a call from service tech the next day, of course that doesn't happen.... So I decide to figure it out myself.... They show up while I'm at work and undo what I did to get myself service and install Jack nowhere near where I needed it.... I just put my connection back together and I'll be excited when Starlink is available here.... At least I get some internet, even if it is 10mb or less.... Thanks for so little help from everyone but the lady at the desk!
