“I had a great experience here at Lopez Auto Works and have referred them to my coworkers. I sent pictures of my daughters 2010 Lexus RX350 damaged front bumper to multiple collision repair centers and none of them responded for a quote. I drove it to Sterling McCall Restoration Center and they quoted me an astronomical baseline quote of $3,260- that figure is almost 1/3 the cost of the entire vehicle! Sterling was not willing to offer to paint a bumper I brought to them or to even paint a bumper they purchased and hand it to me. Lopez Auto Works on the other hand sent me a quote within 6 hours and was simply honest and straight forward. He advised me not to use the cheap eBay bumper I brought due to its thin construction and possible fitment issues. I agreed and bought a OEM bumper to provide to him. I dropped it off on Monday and he stated it will be ready on Thursday or Friday of the same week. I got a call on Thursdays that it's ready. I saved $1,975 by doing it the Lopez way. I also had him replace a driver side seat belt assembly and restore the outer surface of the headlamps- now they look new again. The facility is small and simple so they can avoid passing down high overhead cost onto the customer. There is also a brown dog that likes to walk around and receive being petted. I highly recommend this facility and will use them for any future collision repairs. Thank you Mr. Lopez :)”

The driver side head light was broken. A bunch of electrical wiring was messed up. They fixed it all. It looks great. It functions like it just came from the factory. “Mr. Kenny is a standup honest dude. Mr. Greg is my personal mechanic and has worked on every car I have owned since I was 16 (1992 Ford Taurus)! In the age of shady mechanics and stealerships, I always go to Mr. Greg. He even gives me tips on maintenance ! Honest mechanics are hard to come by and Mr. Kenny's shop are full of them including Mr. Greg. I send my family and friends here!”

“I wanted to mention the new kid Benjamin, though this is my brothers account i decided to use his. he was very helpful and his performance and understanding was amazing. I was having a hard time understanding the battery I needed for my car and as I got frustrated he kept calm and understood what was going on and it calmed me down. He did end up giving the right battery and had a positive attitude throughout the whole time, even while putting the battery on and his manners were on point with using “yes ma’am” and “I understand your frustration so let’s try and get a better understanding on what battery is more necessary for you ma’am”. One of the best workers I’ve met and gave me a really positive look at this specific orileys location. lol he also made jokes that cleared up my frustration and that was appreciated a lot to me. Very great worker and one of the most positive people I’ve met.”

“My tail light went out and Chris was very helpful and diligent on working to fix it. It was very windy and my tail light was being stubborn. Another guy at the highway 6 Manvel location said he couldn’t get it and gave up. Chris double checked how to do it since it wasn’t coming out, was gentle, and didn’t quit on me. He was literally a life saver & i pray he never leaves this location because im coming to him for all my car stuff from now on!”
