After the install I noticed all the wiring was in flex tube and everything Was neatly installed with zip ties on any slack in the wires. “So understand that putting a lift kit on a 2018 Toyota Sienna minivan is NOT what these folks specialize in. From what I can see, 4x4 trucks is their specialty. They don't even SELL this 3.5" lift kit (which is typically used to gain space underneath for handicapped ramps/lifts), but were still willing to take it on. My purpose was just to get the front "chin spoiler" high enough to not drag on all these steep driveway entrances we have in Houston. Have dragged it several times already... it's only a matter of time until it gets torn off and it costs more than the lift kit+installation to get it replaced. So the important part here is that Explicit was highly rated (unlike my local shops) and were willing to install a kit they were unfamiliar with. Timed it out so that it would be during their "slow season" and that I could afford to be without the vehicle for several days, if problems arose. Mike was very good about communicating with me as he went along to clarify things - and to take care of the little things... lengthening the air line to the rear suspension "air bags", bleeding the WHOLE brake system (only the rear brake hoses had to be replaced with longer ones) and even checking that the front axles were still OEM. Very happy with the results so far... the minivan now sits higher than most of today's CUV/SUV vehicles, with much more ground clearance. No pictures yet... Discount Tire informs me that the aftermarket wheels I wanted (supposedly available in 1-5 days) are on back-order for 1-2 MONTHS. Not that the tires can really be up sized much for more lift due to the wheel well design. So in summary, I'll just add my review to the chorus of well-deserved 5-stars already here. JP did some test to make you it was the a/c compressor and not low in refrigerant after few minutes later he confirmed that I had a bad a/c compressor. “From the moment that they picked up my car at the scene of the accident to the day I got my car back, the experience was absolutely outstanding. Raul promised me that my car would be ready by 02/15/24, but to my surprise it was ready by 02/02/24. When I got the car back, it was as if nothing happened. The car looked perfect. Then, after a day or two, I noticed that my blind spot sensors weren't working properly. They came TO MY WORK to pick up the car and try to correct it. It turned out that I needed new sensors. They ordered them for me, came back to my work to pick up my car and have the new sensors installed. No inconvenience for me at all! They brought it back to me and over apologized for the back and forth. They took ownership of the problem and got it fixed. The owner himself, Brent, came in and dropped off my keys and apologized again. They really felt bad about it, but I was perfectly happy with everything. I hope I never have another wreck, but if I do, Quality will be there for her. Thank you guys for everything!”
