“I had my netbook and my husband's laptop repaired here. They are very friendly, the lady at the front desk helped me figure out what was wrong with my husband's CD-Rom drive, cause it wouldn't open. She did it in a snap! They were able to fix the bug that was keeping my netbook from running fine, but it took a whole week. I really really hoped they would be able to fix it, and they didn't disappoint. When my husband's laptop got fixed we begged for them to not erase any files (especially pictures, we have tons of them!) and they said the files wouldn't be erased. Yay! They have organized the files in a generic folder and I called them 'cause I couldn't find the folder. While on the phone, they had me install a remote access program and helped me find it (while she's in the office using her own mouse). I thought that was cool. I was just hoping they don't use the program to access our files without our permission. The only weird thing was one day I called them to ask for a quote on installing some programs on my netbook that doesn't have a disc drive, and it was more expensive than getting an external drive itself! So I passed. I'm a satisfied customer and if anything happens to our computer in the future, I'll probably use their service again.”

“I have always love our local Target. I recently bought 2 bikes from them. One of them completely failed the first time it was ridden. When I came in to pick out my replacement they were very helpful and did there best to make sure I was satisfied. Upon getting the new bike home and actually riding it I realized the bike was very hard to shift. I called back and they are going to make it right! These bikes were both Schwinn and I think it is an issue with their products and not with our target.
They have been beyond helpful and understanding. This is why I choose to shop at Target over any other big retailer in our town and will continue to spend my money there every week. They never made me feel like it was my fault somehow, and I really appreciate that since it just seems to be a bad series of events.”

I almost just ordered my phone (sick of the Lil attitudes and lack of concern type employees) but, wanted my Razr now. Went in reluctant, but then I met an Angel on earth... Jennifer. This young lady was just wonderful! Great customer service. She listened to what I wanted and got it done, quickly to boot. Corey was very nice and knowledgeable as well. Jennifer was so amazing I went in reluctant to get one phone, I left with 2 phones. She even won over my daughter. Cricket you got a diamond, treat that young lady accordingly.”
“I had such a great experience yesterday at your Wichita Falls location. Kiara and Andi went above and beyond the customer service expectations. I am not a gamer and my 9 year old son is new to gaming systems. We had an issue with a used gaming system that we purchased for him for Christmas from this location. We called them on Wednesday and they instructed us to bring it in. I took it in yesterday and they walked me through all of our issues. They took the time to explain a lot of things to me and also gave me advice on what to look for as a parent and how to have more parenteral control over what my child has access to. They lead these conversations without me asking but did so in a way that did not feel intrusive. I was very impressed with these two ladies. All while also handling other customers in the store. It had gotten busy for a few minutes. They were very attentive to everyone. For someone who feel very uneducated in that atmosphere, they made me feel very comfortable.”
