“Brad's is the best. Man if you just want to get your oil changed and not have someone try to upsell a bunch of crap that you don't need, go to Brad's. Today I took my daughter there in her car and told her she can trust what these guys tell her. Brad and his team always do good, honest work and after using them for years, I've never had a single bad experience complaint.”
“Take 5 is my favorite place to have my car serviced. They use Mobil One, they don’t try to up sale me. For example, the technician told me my air filter was fine and did not need replacing. But I did need to have my radiator flushed and he explained why. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. I choose Take 5 every time.”
“Billy,Perry and the guys did a Great job on my old Dodge pick up. Very fast service and a very reasonable price. Excellent communication as well letting me know when the truck was done. Highly recommend Burk Light Truck and Auto.”
“Visited on 04/25 and I must say, this was by far the most professional experience I’ve had in Wichita Falls. I went to get an oil change and as I arrived, my 2 young babies fell asleep! The staff was sooooooo courteous and kind while doing my oil change. Making sure my littles were very comfy in the car while they worked! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. My oil change was perfect, my air filters were changed the works! We are a military family and I didn’t even have to mention it, they asked and seemed to genuinely care about us in the most kindest way! I truly truly truly would recommend this shop. It was just such a great experience. Thank you to everyone who helped this mama out”
“This is a great place to stop for an oil change in a hurry. The last time I got out of my pickup and asked the guy how long it would take, he said 15 minutes. I was driving again 13 minutes later.”
“I'm highly pleased with the manager I believe his name is lewis I have been several times And he's always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and more. Polite and respectful. Highly satisfied I believe this manager has made a huge difference here and I will keep coming as long as he's there!!”
“Traveling from FL to WA pulling a 36' trailer and '22 F350 not recognizing trailer to activate trailer brakes. Josh was helpful over the phone and even more so when we got into the lot. Back on the road after trouble shooting and heading back to West Coast. Thanks Josh and team for helping on a short notice and making sure we were safe to drive!”
“The workers at Walmart on central freeway are good people and explain things very well. The mangers Danny and Robert are awesome ? thanks and keep up the good work”
“I definitely want to recognize Alondra! I had an issue that another car wash, All American, wasn’t able to help me with. I came here, and Alondra helped me right away—it took her about five minutes to get everything taken care of.
She was pretty much by herself and still took the time to help me and provide great customer service. Thank you, Alondra! I definitely recommend her and this location.”
“Lawrence road ain't NEVER did me wrong!!! Even watched them pull the manager over for a leak ( that I already knew was there lol) so I would be properly informed when they finished my oil change.”
“This is the best place ever! Louis, Riley, Brandon and Danny are great, and everyone else whose name I can’t recall- every employee here has been professional and attentive to detail! Thanks to the Kell location for the best customer experience!”
