“I’ve been going to Kyle’s for awhile now and have always had perfect in and out service with my Kia. Today I took in a new to me car. I knew nothing about the regular maintenance that had been done on it. They checked things out for me and I was told I could wait a couple more weeks to get an oil change, instead of trying to get $ out of me. That’s great and honest service that you don’t see often enough. I will continue recommending Kyle’s.”

“Take 5 is my favorite place to have my car serviced. They use Mobil One, they don’t try to up sale me. For example, the technician told me my air filter was fine and did not need replacing. But I did need to have my radiator flushed and he explained why. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. I choose Take 5 every time.”

“Visited on 04/25 and I must say, this was by far the most professional experience I’ve had in Wichita Falls. I went to get an oil change and as I arrived, my 2 young babies fell asleep! The staff was sooooooo courteous and kind while doing my oil change. Making sure my littles were very comfy in the car while they worked! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. My oil change was perfect, my air filters were changed the works! We are a military family and I didn’t even have to mention it, they asked and seemed to genuinely care about us in the most kindest way! I truly truly truly would recommend this shop. “Can’t say enough about this shop! I had an incident with my kids and had to cut a seat belt to get one of them out. I have four kids and needed that seat belt fixed. I live out of town and happened to be in Wichita Falls visiting family. I was told to call Nic at Mr Mac and he would take care of me. Nic gave me a quote, I told him when I would be in town, they cleared a spot for me a squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon. They did an amazing job and got me on my way. Excellent group of people at Mr Mac!”

“Best shop I have ever taken a vehicle to. They were great at keeping me in the loop with what was going on. They were professional and even checked up a couple of days later to make sure their repairs worked. I would give them 6 out of 5 stars. Over and above what I would expect out of an auto shop.”
