“I had the starter fail on my 2005 F250 Diesel at a local Pet groomers. I stopped by Shepard Automotive and gave Milt the details. Those starters have weak terminals so they put two in it after breaking a lug on the first one. 2nd one works great and spins the engine faster than the original started did giving me faster starts. I had by truck back the very next day. Milt and his guys have always done great work for me and always at a fair price.”

“After a rough couple days: car breaking down and being stranded in Texas (needing to go back to northern Missouri), we made our way to this U-Haul location. The people were so welcoming and kind and ready to assist me. I had priced up the truck and car dolly previously on the app. Even though the prices didn’t line up with their system, they still honored the prices and made it work. He even had to go to another U-Haul location and fetch us the truck and dolly we needed. Needless to say, we were (and still are) very grateful for the individuals at this U-Haul location as they wished us well on our way out.

“Visited on 04/25 and I must say, this was by far the most professional experience I’ve had in Wichita Falls. I went to get an oil change and as I arrived, my 2 young babies fell asleep! The staff was sooooooo courteous and kind while doing my oil change. Making sure my littles were very comfy in the car while they worked! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. My oil change was perfect, my air filters were changed the works! We are a military family and I didn’t even have to mention it, they asked and seemed to genuinely care about us in the most kindest way! I truly truly truly would recommend this shop.
