“The only thing that needs improvement is U-Hauls software system. It was virtually unusable. Everything else was top notch! The staff, the equipment and the location was great! I will definitely use this location next time I need a rental. Great experience!”

“Visited on 04/25 and I must say, this was by far the most professional experience I’ve had in Wichita Falls. I went to get an oil change and as I arrived, my 2 young babies fell asleep! The staff was sooooooo courteous and kind while doing my oil change. Making sure my littles were very comfy in the car while they worked! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. My oil change was perfect, my air filters were changed the works! We are a military family and I didn’t even have to mention it, they asked and seemed to genuinely care about us in the most kindest way! I truly truly truly would recommend this shop. It was just such a great experience. Thank you to everyone who helped this mama out”
