Advance Auto Parts is a good store with a great team and amazing staff. Customers report very good treatment and find the staff efficient and professional, often going above and beyond to help locate parts. The store has a good parts selection and efficient counter service. They will help search hard for items, ordering them if not in stock. However, some note that the inventory system can be inaccurate, sometimes showing parts as unavailable when they are physically there. Services like free installation may not always be available. For mechanically inclined people, this is probably a great store, but others may sometimes be disappointed. Many customers recommend it.
